Not a place for luxury or great experience. It is an average hotel with a brand name. Corporate hotel, it provides room service, on call laundry and housekeeping is available. Poor views from the hotel, lobby and rooms are clean but not very spacious. Rooms are poorly designed with washroom door opening right next to the bed. Not sure about the food as we haven't tried yet. Breakfast is included so I may try in the morning. Service is good but had to call housekeeping a few times at night for the extra bed.

Don’t go by the looks. Its a very cheap and unethical Hotel. They will declare big menu on the buffet but everything is subjected to what you plead. They will take ages to get approval for chicken options in the dinner menu and will show you “ok sir its approved”. Its better if you order through swiggy or zomato. They only offer good services if you are from russia or other country.

Honestly. i don't even bother to write reviews but if im writing this review here. one should know how highly disappointing i am. This is the worst LEMON TREE HOTEL BRANCH I HAVE STAYED from all other cities. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE 3000 RS MAXIMUM WITH THE QUALITY OF ROOM, SIZE OF ROOM, BELOW AVERAGE ROOM AND OVER PRICED FOOD. ROOMS ARE LIKE SO SMALL. AND THEY ARE CHARGIN 6K FOR THAT. BOOKED THIS HOTEL JUST ON THE NAME OF LEMON TREE WHILE THINKING IT WILL BE GOOD FOR SURE. BUT VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PRICE 3K WITH THE LEVEL OF ROOM YOU GUYS PROVIDE. AND LOL THE AC DOESN'T WORK EITHER. IN THIS COLD ASS WEATHER. IM LITERALLY FEELING SO MUCH HEAT IN THIS ROOM. I DONT KNOW WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME THESE GUYS BOUGHT SOME ACS. MAY BE SOME WHERE FROM 1990S CAUSE THEY WORK THAT WAY ONLY. PLEASE ATLEAST GIVE PEOPLE WORKING AC IF YOU THINK YOU GUYS SHOULD CHARGE 6K FOR A ROOM. WORST HOTEL IN CHANDIGARH. I HAVE STAYED IN WAY BETTER HOTEL AND ROOMS AND SERVICE AND WHERE AC IS WORKING. FOR LITERALLY 4K.

It was a pleasant experience being here with my family. The most important part of experience is your beginning and meeting Harshit at Front Desk who treated us so well that I felt quite at home here. His gesture made us feel quite good. He was super prompt in responding to our every asks. I would recommend families and individual to make this destination your first choice where people like Harshit are ready to serve to the best of their capacity.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Visited there with the family and the hotel was located at good location which is near to all landmarks and next to Elante Mall. The staff was courteous and helpful, Food options were good and so was the taste. However, they need to improve the service as it was taking long time for the ordered food to be served. Apart from that all was good.
