Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended We had a terrible experience boarding our dog Simba at Be My Guest @Pawwnation, Mohali from 22nd–26th June 2025. Here is my honest review about this facility: 1. No Live Monitoring: No CCTV or real-time updates. You're completely blind to how your pet is treated inside the facility. They only send selective, happy-looking outdoor clips — no idea what actually happens indoors. 2. No Indoor Access to Pet Parents: They don’t let you even inspect the inside of the house before handing over your pet. Why such secrecy? 3. Untrained Staff & Poor Supervision: Mostly minors or inexperienced staff handle the dogs. The owner only shows up occasionally to take promo videos, not to supervise care. 4. Hidden & Overpriced Charges: Their pricing isn’t transparent. If you don’t ask in detail, be ready for a hefty surprise bill. 5. Rude Behaviour: The owner is impolite and arrogant, especially if you ask basic questions about your own pet. 6. Health Issue with Simba: When we got Simba back, he had a severe infection near his anal glands due to dehydration and constipation. Our vet confirmed it was due to poor care — he wasn’t given water properly. Simba is now undergoing treatment. No Proper Record-Keeping- A Serious Red Flag One of the biggest concerns: they don’t maintain any official record or acknowledgment when you leave your pet with them. No check-in/check-out form, no receipt, nothing in writing. If tomorrow something goes wrong or your pet goes missing, they can simply deny responsibility by claiming the pet was never there. This is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. Please don’t trust the paid-looking positive reviews online. This place is not safe for pets, especially those needing special attention. We strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility.

Safe space for your fur baby. They are well equipped to deal with the dogs and their love for them shows in their work. I left my dog there for 6 days and they kept sharing videos of him. It was his first boarding away from family but they took care of him like family. Highly recommended.

I had originally left my cat at Pawwnation for 10 days, but I extended his stay by another 14 because of the incredible love and care they gave him while I was getting married. They treated my baby like their own, sending me regular photos and videos so I never felt distant from him. I can’t express how grateful I am for the way they handled my notorious little cat; he returned home happier and healthier than ever. Truly the most comforting experience for a pet parent. Highly, highly recommended. I’ll always choose Pawwnation whenever I have to look for someone to take care of my cat❤️
