"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family during Diwali, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. On both days of our stay, we were disappointed to find that there was no warm water, despite informing the hotel staff. During our second visit, things didn't improve - we faced the same warm water issue, and to make matters worse, the AC ceiling was broken and the AC wasn't working. We brought these problems to the staff's attention, but they didn't seem to care. Given our experience, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a family stay, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience."

We recently hosted a party at Hotel Chandigarh Grand, and it was an amazing experience! The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, and the staff managed everything perfectly. The food at the restaurant was delicious — every guest complimented it. Truly a memorable celebration!

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel has excellent management, very cooperative staff, and delicious food. Special thanks to Mr. Amit Kumar for handling all the arrangements so smoothly. Highly recommended.

Very poor experience. The room was unhygienic and felt unsafe. There was no visible security, no fire alarm, and no basic safety arrangements. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a strong smell of drinking and smoking, which is extremely unpleasant. What was most alarming was the presence of a camera inside the hotel room, which I personally saw and clicked pictures of. Because of this, I did not check in and immediately requested cancellation. However, it turned out to be a complete waste of money and time. There was no proper reception, and smoking smells were present everywhere, even though it is clearly written at the reception that smoking is not allowed. Overall, this place does not feel safe or family-friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
