I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed to see the staff spending their time playing PUBG in the hotel parking area. This created a very unprofessional impression and was disturbing for guests who expect peace, security, and attentive service. Instead of focusing on hospitality and guest comfort, the staff seemed distracted. A hotel should maintain professionalism at all times, especially in common areas visible to guests. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better supervision of staff behavior in the future.

Most loved thing it's very close to the most famous place of chandigarh, like rock garden or sukhna lake. Even it's very close to nature. Outside of the city. But don't worry you are in chandigarh, traffic rules are so good. And every destination has 5 ways to reach, not a single place will take 45+ minutes.
