They explain products properly and try to suggest what’s best for the pet instead of just pushing expensive items, which I appreciate a lot as a pet parent. I also found their grooming services decent. The groomers handle pets gently and try to keep them calm. In most cases, grooming results are neat and satisfying, though I feel service quality can sometimes vary depending on the branch or staff on duty. One area where Zigly can improve is their online ordering and app experience. While the app looks good and product listings are clear, there can be delays in delivery, stock issues, or slow response in refunds. This doesn’t happen every time, but consistency would really improve customer trust. Pricing is reasonable to slightly premium — not the cheapest, but justified for the quality and convenience they provide. If Zigly improves their online service speed and consistency, they could easily become one of the best pet care brands in India. Overall, Zigly is a great option for pet parents who want quality products, professional services, and a reliable pet-friendly environment. I would definitely recommend Zigly, especially for in-store shopping, grooming, and lifestyle accessories.

I had an overall okay experience with Ziggly. The platform is convenient, and the doctors are knowledgeable. However, I was particularly concerned about how Dr. Saini, in particular, tended to jump straight to discussing severe illnesses before any test results or check ups. This approach was quite alarming and caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety, especially for pet parents like myself. It felt as though I was being scared before any actual checks or questions could be made. I hope Ziggly takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their approach is more balanced, so that patients and pet parents feel reassured and properly examined before any serious concerns are raised.

We absolutely love Ziggy’s in Chandigarh Sector 9! They are truly amazing when it comes to pet grooming. We recently moved from Canada and couldn’t find a groomer we were comfortable with in our town, so we actually drive all the way to Chandigarh just to get our pet (Pepper) groomed here and it’s always worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They handle our pet with so much love and patience, and he’s always well taken care of. Every visit has been a great experience, and he comes back looking fantastic and happy. Highly recommend Ziggy’s to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pet grooming! 🐾
