I took my 2.5-month-old puppy to Zigly when he was diagnosed with Parvo virus. His health was severely deteriorating, and we were extremely worried. He was admitted at Zigly for five days, where he was given IV drips and appropriate medications. The entire team took excellent care of my pup throughout his stay and treated him with so much compassion and dedication. I am truly thankful to the doctors and staff because my puppy has completely recovered. I would highly recommend Zigly to all pet owners for their pets’ care. An added advantage is that the clinic is open 24×7, which is incredibly reassuring in emergencies.

⚠️ Serious Negligence & Loss of Life – My Rabbit Died After Surgery at Zigly, Chandigarh I never imagined I would have to write something like this. My rabbit **Anna** was young, healthy, active, and deeply loved. We rescued her from a gaushala where she had been abandoned, and after waiting **15 days** for an appointment, we took her to **Zigly, Chandigarh**, trusting **Dr. Jitesh and Dr. Anjali** to perform a routine spaying. We paid **₹9,000 for the spaying** and **₹7,000 for a neutering** done the same day. What we received in return was negligence that cost a life. Despite repeatedly requesting them to consult an experienced exotic vet, our concerns were brushed aside with confidence. There was no real conversation, no reassurance, no careful addressing of risks. Anna was taken in, sedated, and operated on without the basic empathy and caution a prey animal like a rabbit requires. The surgery took **three hours**. During this entire time, we were kept outside with no updates. When she was brought out, she was still heavily sedated, with a large incision, excessive shaving, poor bandaging, and visible bleeding. We were told it was “fine” if she didn’t eat for **24 hours**, advice that is dangerously incorrect for rabbits. That night, Anna never fully woke up. She couldn’t regulate her body temperature. She didn’t eat. She grew weaker with every passing hour. When we sensed something was wrong, we called the clinic and the doctors repeatedly. **Zigly claims to be a 24/7 clinic, yet no one answered. Not once.** Only **after Anna passed away**, within **12 hours of surgery**, were we informed that she had received **just 20 ml of fluids** during a **3-hour surgery** under strong anesthesia. I had asked immediately after the operation for complete details of anesthesia, medications, and doses. No one bothered to share anything then. The information came only after her death, and even that leaves unanswered questions. We later learned that the anesthesia dosing was excessive, the fluid support grossly inadequate, and post-operative care virtually nonexistent. No warning about hypothermia. No aftercare instructions. No emergency guidance. Nothing. Anyone else in my place would have created chaos, dragged this clinic publicly, and escalated matters immediately. I chose restraint, but silence would be a disservice to other rabbit parents. This is not about one unavoidable complication. This is about **lack of rabbit-specific expertise, overconfidence, poor surgical judgment, and complete absence of accountability**. As good as Zigly may be with other animals, **they are not equipped to handle rabbits**, especially surgeries. And when things go wrong, they do not take responsibility. We did everything right. We trusted professionals. And because of that trust, **we lost our baby**. Please think twice before placing your rabbit’s life in their hands.

Extremely happy with the care and services provided by Zigly 35 for my 2.5 month old pet diagnosed with Parvo Virus. The pet would not have survived without the exceptional support of the entire team - Dr Ankush who immediately identified the problem and started the treatment right away, Dr. Anjali and Dr Rajneesh who took forward thing along.
