At the reception, Ms. Jhanvi (apologies if I misspelled the name) was extremely polite, warm, and welcoming. She handled everything so smoothly and made our check-in experience effortless. Our dinner at Saffron was exceptional. Mr. Varun and his team provided outstanding service, and the food was delicious. The complimentary cake cutting they arranged at the restaurant was a beautiful gesture and made our celebration even more special. Thank you for the lovely cake! A special mention to Mr. Sachin, who helped resolve a small issue immediately with a smile—his professionalism and helpful nature truly stood out. Overall, the hospitality we experienced was of true JW Marriott standard, and as a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Member, I felt valued throughout my stay. My family and all my guests enjoyed every moment—thank you for making our anniversary celebration memorable and perfect.

Attended a wedding here recently and I was blown away. JW Marriott is easily the top wedding venue in Chandigarh. The Grand Ballroom is stunning and the decor was absolutely flawless. The catering team did a fantastic job; the food was fresh, hot, and authentic. It’s rare to see such attention to detail at large events. If you are looking for a premium wedding hall or a venue for a corporate event in the Tricity area, this is the place to be. Great hospitality and a truly premium experience.

Me and my family had a wonderful experience while staying in JW Marriot, Chandigarh. The service and hospitality here was impeccable. My son was not feeling well, chef Amit Nayak make every possible way to make him happy either by making decorative pancakes, pastry or feeling concerned about him asking to pack something for him. I’ve been staying at this property almost every month, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The staff is genuinely warm, welcoming, and always makes you feel right at home. Whether it’s the front desk or the restaurant team, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Ishvi, the duty manager, is incredibly helpful and consistently supportive. Chhavi at the front desk greets you with the brightest smile and such friendly energy that it instantly lifts your day. Vishal Manuduvedi and Ishvi have truly become my go‑to people here—they’re both just a call or text away, always ready to help, and they make everything seamless, especially when managing things while traveling internationally can be challenging. In the restaurant, Anjali and Deepak are absolutely amazing. They remember exactly what you like, what you need, and take care of everything with such attention—especially when I have tons of dietary restrictions. Their care makes every meal stress‑free and enjoyable. A special mention to the housekeeping team as well. Jivanshu took excellent care of all our housekeeping needs and was always on top of everything, ensuring the room felt perfect every time. The entire team’s hospitality is exceptional, and they make every stay an absolute breeze. Truly love the people here and the warmth they bring to the experience. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

We stayed for two nights as a group of five and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the in-house massages were incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered plenty of options, and the service was excellent across the board. The room rates were very reasonable, making it great value for money. One area I would skip next time is the lounge access – it didn’t feel worth the time or cost compared to what other hotels offer.
