Paid ₹11,682 for a night at Hyatt Centric and it was absolutely not worth it. The buffet was poor, room service was slow, and the lobby had drunk people hanging around, which felt uncomfortable. The room had no bathtub, no automatic curtains, and a very basic bathroom—nothing close to what the price suggests. You’re charging almost the same as JW Marriott but delivering far less value. Tried calling 4–5 times to confirm early check-in and no one bothered to answer. Someone finally picked up only on the 6th or 7th call. Disappointing overall.

Have couple of issues 1) I came on a Cab. After dropping us the employee of hyatt centric asked the cab driver to keep his car out of their property and park in a paid parking spot. Which I guess is not a right thing. When we came on our own car that time u people take our cars valet and park it inside and why this discrimination when we come on a private taxi. Against humanity 2) when we as a customer are paying the amount as what hyatt is charging for a stay, if a customer is coming from a distance place on a can, where the cab driver is driving the car for hours to bring us to your property, why there are no facilities provided to the drivers. Like basic things, a cup of tea or offering them some snacks or breakfast in the morning. Again against HUMANITY 3) When the property knows that it's new year eve and we have a large number of guests staying at the property, during the breakfast timings why don't you hire more staff so that there should be no problems happens during the guests having breakfast. I have ordered food today and it took more then 45 minutes just to get my food,so much kiosk. Plates were not there. I was hurt that he was not treated good. If I could knew this during my stay I would have spoken to someone there at the property. However now when I am calling the property and asking them to give me the corporate email. They are just denying and now not even answering my call. I am just wondering that I stayed in other properties earlier too, of course same or better then yours too and every hotel always have place where the drivers can rest and have food as well. Honestly, I believe that atleast this driver will never bring any other guest in your properties. I am so much HURT. Seeing this discrimination

Hello,I stayed for one night at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh. The stay itself was fine — the room and overall property were decent. However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The food was sometimes cold, and orders took 30 minutes or more to arrive, which was unacceptable. Used plates and utensils were left on the tables for a long time, and no one came to clear them. Everything felt completely unprofessional. What made it worse was the behavior of the staff — waiters were arguing with each other in front of guests, which was very uncomfortable to witness. For a hotel of this brand, I expected much better service standards.

Me and my husband from Vancouver, canada stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our experience was great, rooms were big enough according to the location. We loved the location. I really appreciate chef Venkatesh who went extra miles to make lactose free cake for guest and it was so delicious. I will certainly come to stay at hyatt again for that cake.
