Extremely disappointed with the staff behaviour towards me and my cocker spaniel. I had booked for a full spa for her and mind you, their charges are off the hook and quite expensive than market standards. But since they do a good job, I made my peace with it. Firstly, I came promptly at 12, which is when the appointment was. I was told it would start in 30 mins cuz there are other customers who came early and wanted their dogs groomed. I said no issue and left my doggo there to go out for a bit. An hour and 10 mins go by and I return- to see my dog is whining and crying in a corner. Furiours I go and still ask the groomer calmly as to why it has not started. He said there were other dogs and we will take 30 more mins. At this time mind you, it was almost 2 PM. My dog’s lunch was due and we also travelled from another city. I called the owner and explained the issue whoch fell to deaf ears and after 15 mins passed by I insisted that atleast my dog be fed. The same groomer comes to the car with an old sample packet of puppy dry food and offers me (as if my dog is some beggar) and I again asked him politely as to how long (somce owner said 15 mins more). He said whatever ypu do or say, it will take min 30 mins. Dejected I left. Never again. Please those who glorify these services from the shop. I have lived in metro cities all my 20s and had my dog never go through such a disappointing experience. Message to shop - If you cannot handle work, do not book services. We come from far places and pur time gets wasted.

They have a wide range of treats, over-the-counter medication, and toys! Great suggestions from the staff as well.
