Bought my cute puppy from here. He is energetic, in perfect health, very playful and has a good appetite. Overall very good experience. They also guide you about his diet and grooming. He was dewormed and had his 1st shot of vaccine before he was handed over. Writing this review after getting him checked by the vet. it was a lovely experience.they always work on time a perfect place.he is energetic in perfect health,very playful.appreciate the amazing service.even good and qualified vets are also available.i am satisfied with the service of them.genuine rate and original bread's of dogs. the staff is very welcoming and helped me guide through all my questions. being a first time pet mother, they helped put my nerves at ease and provided me with amazing products.

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this shop. The owner’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed to judge me unfairly, assuming that I couldn’t afford a Persian cat, and shockingly, she even closed the door in my face without allowing me to enter. Such treatment towards potential customers is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service and attitude. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their appearance or background. Judging or dismissing someone without even giving them a chance to speak or inquire about the pets is completely inappropriate for any business. Thankfully, I later found a different store where the staff were polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I was able to get a beautiful and healthy cat there at a reasonable price. I hope this feedback encourages the shop to improve their customer interaction and professionalism in the future.
