The entire process for my pet dog’s surgery at Dr. Milan’s clinic was extremely smooth and hassle-free. Everything was carried out exactly as planned and on schedule. The post-surgery recovery was fantastic, and the doctor was always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions.

Over the last two years, my dogs, cats, and guinea pigs have had several emergencies, and every single time, the Doctor has been "out of town." It’s a fascinating business model: being "there yesterday" but never today when a pet is actually sick. If you are looking for a doctor who is great at providing excuses via WhatsApp while you’re panicking with a sick animal, this is the place for you. I’m sure the reply to this will be the usual defensive script or a passive-aggressive remark about how I "don't understand," but perhaps that energy would be better spent hiring an assistant who actually stays on-site to treat animals. Pro-tip for Pet Parents: Treat this clinic like a museum—nice to look at from the outside, but don't expect any actual service inside. Keep 2 or 3 real emergency numbers on your phone, because "out of town" doesn't save lives. Hopefully, the travel schedule clears up eventually so the degree can be put to some use.
