Absolutely great pet shop - always a friendly voice at the end of the phone when ringing ,staff behavior was very politely..it was good experience ever...

We bought a husky male puppy from The Super Dog store recently. And it has been a disappointing experience, when we brought the puppy home we noticed that the puppy is infected with red mites. He is scratching his body ear frequently. We took him to the vet and the vet said that red mites are extremely harmful and that too in such young age. The puppy was sold to us saying 45 days old but he was not even vaccinated with the puppy dp vaccine which is supposed to be given in 4 weeks. Incase a puppy is already infected with red mites how cum the breeder did not treated the puppy with basic medicines and not even informed us during puppy handover. Instead the shopkeepers tried to sell expensive dog food and products. We would have been appreciated if the shop owner made us aware of the red mites and guide us to cure the puppy.

The place was super clean (like,literally spotless), the dogs were healthy, happy, and so well taken care of. You could feel the love the moment you walked in. The owner? An absolute gem! So patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about animals. They didn’t just try to “sell” a pet—they guided me with care, answered all my questions, and made sure I was 100% ready to take home my new furry bestie 🐶💛 If you’re looking for a place that treats pets like family and actually cares—this is it. I purchased a Husky from this shop 15 days ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The puppy was infested with mites and fleas, which are highly dangerous for any pet and can even be life threatening. As a first time pet owner, I was not familiar with these issues, but thankfully I consulted a veterinarian at the right time. The Husky is now undergoing active medical treatment and medication. The shop charged ₹40,000 for the puppy but did not bother to sell him at the correct age. A puppy needs sufficient time with its mother for proper growth and immunity. Initially, the shop owner claimed the puppy was 45 days old. However, multiple veterinary doctors (both Government and private) confirmed that the Husky was only 30–35 days old. At such a young age, a puppy should never be sold or separated from its mother. The shop ignored basic ethical practices, kept the puppy in poor conditions, and allowed severe mite infestation to spread across his entire body. Additionally, the puppy had not received the initial PUPPY DP vaccination, which should be administered at 6 weeks of age. Overall, I feel scammed after paying ₹40,000 for an unhealthy puppy that was not cared for responsibly. I strongly recommend all new and existing pet owners to be cautious before purchasing any pet from this shop. Do not fall into the trap of discounted prices. You can get pets at much better prices and healthier conditions from other shops or cities. Take your time, do proper research, and always verify the puppy’s health and age with a veterinarian before buying. If you still choose to purchase a pet from this shop, avoid buying accessories, medicines, or food from here. You can find accessories online at much cheaper rates, and you should purchase medicines and food only after consulting a veterinary doctor otherwise, you may end up being overcharged.

Amazing pet store. I always buy treats and dry food my dog. They keep varieties of treats from different brands. The owner has always been responsive. They manage it pretty well. My dog is super happy with all the treats I am getting from here from last 2 years.
