I am not sure how this place is rated so high because personally my experiences were horrible. Don't know if they are still cheaper than other shops in the city, but they charge almost twice the price you get on Amazon. Few of the staff are quite rude in behaviour and don't really bother to help you out, and just want to make you buy something to clear their stock.
It's best pets shop in odisha. In this lockdown home delivery is very timely with nice behavior and price is also so reasonable. In this time others are increasing price but this shop remain in same. Me and my neighbours are getting regular home delivery by this shop. Thanks to owner and their staffs. 👍👍👍👍🙏
It's a nice pet store where you can get dogs, cats, birds and varieties of fishes. They keep equipments used in petting. Lots of colourful bird varieties are available. I had bought a sponge filter for my aquarium from here. The owner needs to be more prompt in attending customers. During rush hour it's hard to get attention of him. In competition market customer service has its importance which needs to be realized.
