I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Government Animal Welfare team for their exceptional service. Their quick and immediate response to our call for help with a stray cat was truly impressive. The team arrived promptly at the location and provided the necessary treatment with great care and professionalism. Thank you for your outstanding service and for making a difference in the lives of animals in need.
In the hospital there is an arrogant, mannerless peon named DUKHI. I have said before, when giving an injection, first measure the temperature. His replies are "your doctor." After a lot of arguments and the doctor intervening, he measured the temperature; my dog has a fever, and he is giving a gas injection without taking any suggestions from the doctor. How?? Mr. Dukhi himself thinks he is a doctor, even though he didn't listen to what the doctor said, telling that doctor he doesn't know anything. And last, he asked me for money for treatment (Rs 100), and the govt fees are 20. The government should take action against the clerk. DUKHI
I went to this govt hospital they were so unprofessional especially the doctor. A stray cat was bitten by a dog and I took him there for his treatment they handle it very carelessly. And even after the small surgery the dr who was in charge at that time ask for money. It was fine we i give him 100 and then again he said there is also other workers i should also give them the money. That was not enough i also buy all the surgery equipment from a medicine store and to be honest it cost me more than 1500. I don't know what kind of things they are using. And it's so expensive. isn't all the things should be available in a government hospital??? They don't even have anesthesia. If thing like this will happen how will someone save a stray cat.
We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this veterinary hospital. The service we received was far below our expectations for pet care. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this facility to other pet owners. We hope they will consider making significant improvements in the future.
No money making ideology, comments here seems like a joke to me. Firstly they just gave an injection as per requirement, no useless pills, no time waste, just specific treatment. They talked very nicely and treated our lab like a child.
