The Star pet is a great pet boarding facility! The staff are friendly, caring, and genuinely love dogs. They kept us updated with photos and videos of my pet's stay, which was a huge relief. The facility is clean, air-conditioned, spacious, and well-maintained. They were also very accommodating with food requests, which was a big plus for us. I highly recommend the Star pet for their excellent care and service.

Extremely Disappointing and Negligent Care We left our two adult cats here for 6 days and the experience was deeply upsetting. Although they assured us that food would be provided, we still left a packet of their regular food and treats to avoid any stomach issues. When we went to pick them up, both the food and water bowls were completely empty and dry — it looked like the cats hadn’t had access to water for hours. The moment I gave them water, they drank continuously for 5–10 minutes. Anyone who has cats would understand how concerning and abnormal that is. They did send a few videos when we asked, but in every video the cats were hiding in one corner, which should have been a sign of stress or discomfort. On Day 1 itself, I noticed that the window net was torn, something the staff hadn’t even realised. I had to ask them to shut the window to avoid the risk of the cats escaping. The litter box was extremely dirty, clearly not cleaned for days, and the entire room was stinking. This level of unhygienic care is not only unacceptable but also a serious health risk for cats — dehydration and staying in unclean litter for days can easily lead to urinary issues, infections, and severe stress. What makes this even more heartbreaking is that we take care of our cats with so much love and attention, and entrusted them here believing they would be safe. Despite charging ₹700 per day per cat (₹1,400 per day for two cats), the care provided was inhumane and far below even basic standards. I sincerely hope they improve their hygiene, monitoring, and safety measures — but until then, I would not recommend this place to any pet parent who truly cares for their animal’s well-being.
