There is a lady doctor (Dr.Geeta Rani Jena) Never ever take your pet to her... I don't understand how she got a doctor degree... My puppy had diarrhea and she recommended deworming medicine to give it to him on that day only and soon after that my puppy's condition worsened and I had to got him to a private vet and after his consultation he is getting better now... I don't understand why she did that but this is so unprofessional and disgusting...If you love your pet never ever take your pet to Dr.Geeta..

I lost my dog because of the delay in treatment at this vet hospital. Despite explaining it was an emergency, they took too long to act. Their lack of urgency and care cost my pet his life. I’m heartbroken and deeply disappointed. Please think twice before trusting them with your pet’s life.

This department holds a good reputation for surgery & radiology in animals. Professors are quite skilled and well known throughout the state for their expertise in handling complicated cases which are referred from other veterinary hospitals & dispensaries.

I had a heartbreaking experience at this hospital. My kitten passed away after being given injections here. The vet and staff were not available on time - the hospital opens at 8:30 AM, but the doctor usually arrives after 9, which can be critical in emergencies. I request all cat parents to be extremely cautious and avoid bringing your pets here, especially in urgent cases. Cats are very sensitive and need immediate, gentle, and knowledgeable care — something I sadly did not receive here. I’m sharing this only so that no other pet parent has to go through the same pain. Please find a place where your pets are treated with proper attention and care. Even I don’t want to give one star because they don’t care about your pets.
