I went for my little guinea pig. We got referred from opd to medicine dept. The doctor and staff are helpful and they provided adequate and proper treatment and advice for our guinea pig. Overall a nice experience .

They didn't check bcoz i just reached on 1pm. My cat had emergency situation , she can't give birth and paining more. But they advice me to come tomorrow with suggestions that we thought she very less chance to survive till tomorrow. She can survive if they treat that day . Only bcoz their time got over they didn't treat. How strange doctor. They can leaves patients in emergency situation also. We r gone from 70km distance for which we little bit late. But they hv no feeling. My cat died on that day 😓

AFTER COVID 19, No proper doctor is present to examine. You have to stand in a line for hours to someone come take a look. Even after waiting no proper examinations. I think they are just interns who does not have proper knowledge or experience in dealing with pet diseases. They keep running to ask their director for medications. I personally witnessed such circumstances. It was really hard for me to see my dog in pain and that doctor running around to figure out medications. KINDLY PLEASE KEEP EXPERIENCED DOCTORS TO ATTEND. HAVE PROPER AND DECENT BEHAVIOUR.

2 doctors gave 2 different medicine for same health issue of my pet. Doctor or final year student who are wearing blue and white apron are pathetic and of no use as they don't know anything and always try to ignore and show no interest they keep on roaming here and there.. peon have more knowledge then these guys . Really I am saddened to see such type of upcoming doctors who will be looking after animals. And I see many vet doctors of this college are giving 5* rating over here which they don't deserve.

I beg everyone not to take your pets here at any cost. I took my cat for a bone fracture treatment and from here it caught some fatal viral flu, for which all of my cats died one after another. Total 2 cats and 8 kittens died. Everyone said the flu is non curable. It's a horrible story and still i remember it's very disheartening.
