Here doctor's doing practical with the pets never go to this place if you want your pets survive. I lost my two pets.

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE, YESTERDAY ON 22nd July I had been to famous ouat vet.clinic for better treatment of MY DOG.But I am sorry to tell you that which Dr.mean Dr MADAM JENA.DID NOT CAME TO SEE THE PATIENT.SHE WAS BUSY WITH HER MOBILE I.I HPE SHE HAS SITED THEIR TO GET HER DALARY.FOUND GOVT.HAVE NETED TO EARN MONEY.NO MEDICINES ARE AVALABLE IN HOSPITAL.YOU HAVE TO RUN MANY TIME TO PURCHES THE MEDICINES FROM OUT SIDE.ALL THE ANIMALS,BIRDS ARE TREATED BY THE STUDENTS ONLY.30 TIMES YHEY TRIED TO GET MY PET,S VAIN FOR IV FLUIDS.ONLYONE PERSON IN EMERGENCY DONE THIS THING.IN ULTRA SOUND DEPARTMENT DR. JENA IS AN EXCELLENT PERSON WITH NICE TREATMENT.I LOST MY PET AT 4 PM.

Pathetic place to take your pet to. The doctors are just plain useless. All they do is form groups and hover around one animal . My pet cat had an emergency and none of those incompetent doctors even tried to see the issue. My kitty had a paw fracture. One incompetent lady- so called doctor sitting in the ortho department , which was pretty dimly lit, saw my cat for one second and advised a xray of the whole leg. A layman would tell you thats just stupid. Then even the brainless people in the radio dept , couldnt get a xray done. They giggled, got scared apparently and straight up told us that sedation will be required and nothing can be done. Mind you, these are massive men . Scared of a kitty 😂. Anaesthesia for xray of a cat! Ever heard of that? They didnt even give him a shot of painkiller or anything and we left. Took the cat to a private clinic. Got the xray and the splinting done in 2 hrs! Choose wisely. And dont even think of this pathetic place if its an emergency case. 🙏

I have recently visit on 30 aug 25 with my dog they increase the registration 10 rupees to 50 rupees which was on cash mode no online mode & after doctor check the suggest to me for blood test and x-ray which was another 280 rupees pay for counter .This was very worth and high level price like private hospital and staff behaviour was not good .
