Review 1 Very poor hygiene standards. The wards were dirty, Definitely not what you expect from a hospital. Review 2 The doctors and staff here lack professionalism. They hardly listen to patients and rush through consultations without giving proper guidance. Review 3 Treatment quality is disappointing. No clear explanations, unnecessary delays, and careless handling of patients. Review 4 The hospital is more interested in making money than treating pet. They charged an extraordinary amount with hidden costs and unnecessary tests. Review 5 Overall, my experience was terrible – poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, improper treatment, and extremely high charges. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had a very bad experience with this veterinary doctor. He charged extra money unnecessarily and still did not provide proper treatment for my pet. The clinic conditions were extremely unhygienic—dirty floors, improper waste disposal, and no sense of cleanliness—making it unsafe for pets. Please don’t get influenced by Google photos or online promotions—they are completely misleading. My pet’s condition did not improve at all, and I had to go to another vet for proper treatment. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone who truly cares for their pets.

The doctor there was very unprofessional! He had to rush to treatment without even knowing what was the complaint! I got my dog since he had diarrhoea the whole day and the doctor never asked me anything about the food habits nor the vaccination history! Posting this with great disappointment!

After 3 days of sorrow , m finally posting this . My baby (lucy , 15 months indie cat) is no longer with us , she was such a adorable child , we lost her only because of the mistreatment that was done by Tarzoo pet care pvt ltd and Dr. Debashis Das , The day of her death , she was getting fits early morning may be because of her early uterus removal surgery and medication , I had told the doctor about this even showed him the video , without addressing the fits the doctor only gave her some antibiotics. She had jaundice and stressed liver bt we have managed to control it . Bt again in the evening of the day she literally got severe fits then again we took her to tarzoo bt fits was so severe even medication couldn't able to control her and ultimately my baby died . For around 1.5 months every single day I took her to vet , waited like 4-6 hrs just to thoroughly discuss about her because the doctor seems so busy , even did every test and medication that was said by him , and this is the prize we paid , now we can't even accept the fact that she is no longer with us . Many people faced the same . U can find it on their review section, so for now we can only do one thing that is pray for her soul.

Great place for timely check ups and treatment for your pets. ( Cats and dogs both). They do take care of your pets as if their own. Prompt enough in emergency cases and other surgeries. And thorough in their follow ups. Best thing about their approach is they don't give unnecessary false hopes. They do say what is possible and what is not. I have two cats and my sister has two dogs. And I am putting up this review after 1 year of visits and observations. So, in case, anyone sees this review, be assured and visit them.
