Go for other pet shops rather than this if you really want to save your money and your pet lost my white persian with blue eyes because of them they gave high dose of steroids for blue eyes in kittens seriously shame on these people

I bought a Persian kitten from this store who appeared healthy at first, but within a few days of bringing him home, he became critically ill and sadly passed away despite intensive veterinary treatment. Multiple veterinarians strongly suspected a severe infectious disease, most likely feline panleukopenia (FPV) — a highly contagious and often fatal illness in kittens that is commonly associated with poor hygiene, overcrowding, and irresponsible breeding or housing conditions. Before purchase, my kitten already had persistently watery eyes. When I raised this concern, the shop staff casually dismissed it, saying that after cleaning, his eyes would “look fine.” This was extremely misleading. In hindsight, this was clearly a symptom of an underlying illness that was ignored or deliberately hidden. The shop also claimed that deworming had already been done, which later proved to be untrue based on veterinary evaluation. Important health details were either misrepresented or withheld. Another serious concern is that this store keeps kittens and puppies together, which raises major red flags regarding sanitation, biosecurity, and disease control. Kittens were sold without complete vaccination, proper health screening, or transparent medical records. I bought this kitten because he touched my heart with his gentleness and cuteness — completely unaware of the serious illness he was already fighting behind that appearance. Losing him after forming an emotional bond has been absolutely devastating. I strongly urge prospective buyers to be extremely cautious. Please do not rely on verbal assurances. Demand full medical records, vaccination history, deworming proof, and observe hygiene conditions very carefully. I do not recommend purchasing any pets from this shop.
