HELLO PET CARES(Pet Care/Dog Hospital/Veterinary Surgeon/Animal hospital)

I highly recommend this place to all pet parents! I always came here to assist my sister with her pets' surgeries and found this place quite clean and well equipped. The doctor is a great surgeon he along with the staffs take time to explain the pet's condition.

I absolutely agree with the commentator below that Dr. Madar Chod! I'm angry, it was stated that they work around the clock! I called at 22.30. I wrote to WhatsApp, they didn’t answer. I needed to find out if they had bravecto, simparica, or something similar tablets in stock for the skin! I met a street dog with a big problem, my tablets ran out. My train is tomorrow at 12, I'm going back to Varanasi. and I just needed to know the answer, whether these pills were available!! but he mumbled something unreasonable into the phone, so that I would call in the morning at 10. I just asked for an answer to the damn question! Madar Chod I confirm!

This is one of the worst pet clinics in the entire of Bhubaneswar. They just want to take money and the doctor who was supposed to be very experienced is rude and uncouth. He came late. There was no help so I was standing next to my dog during the spay surgery. He didn’t speak to me or tell me what he was doing. I had paid for dissolvable stitches but post a week the stitches became weird and was giving out water and pus. Had to go back to the hospital and the doctor same some thread is remaining and he cut it off and gave more medicines.again spending more money. I retreat getting her surgery done here. I will have to get a redo and she will have to go through the pain again. He spayed my dog 3 years back and I have no idea what he did coz my dog still has her heat and bleeds and has all the symptoms. It suddenly came up post 1 year of surgery. I checked with other doctors and they said the surgery may not have been done properly and there may be some remnants still left due to which she is still experiencing this heat period. I hate this place and I request all pet parents to not go here please if u want the best for your pets. Take them to OUAT though bbsr just doesn’t have a good hospital for pets till now. To this hospital I would like to say that if u don’t have empathy and good doctors then it’s better to shut down. Don’t become doctors and charge money and give substandard service.

Very good. Very professional people. The doctor is very kind and understanding. The place can do with a bit more cleaning tho. The staff are very kind to the animals and even with stray cats and dogs as well

This is 2nd time I am visiting this clinic. Really nice people out there. Doctor was so cooperative. Note: Clinic opens around 10am, not 8am.
