Divine Pet Clinic

I would highly recommend this Pet Clinic. The only con is that you need to contact the doctor's assistant prior reaching to the clinic. They've kept a lot of variety of dog products and you can find everything there. Morover they've proper hygiene and cleanliness maintained at their place. They're quite professional in maintaining the clinic. They do make sure to send you timely reminders regarding your pet's vaccination. Most importantly the doctor isn't business minded and won't force you to take the products he's having rather he would suggest the products only if you ask him which might be easily available at any place outside.

The vet is such a rude person, he just doesn't know how to behave with people. I see a lot of people have also complained about this. A friend of mine had visited and he was just so rude with her and her mother. I don't see a reason why he would behave like that.

Hii pet parents. Today I want to share my experience of divine pet clinic. I went to clinic to purchase a medicine for my kittens . The doctor's behaviour is impudent , he literally don't have the manner how to talk to their customers. We were talking to him in a very polite way but he is literally shouting! As a doctor this is not the way to talk to their customers. WORST DOCTOR I EVER SEEN !

So wrost 👎🏻and impolite behaviour of the doctor, as a doctor he should know manners how to behave and talk to their customers. We just ask him for the food that we given to our kittens on right time ….. instead of giving suggestion he shouted on us in a very cheeky way , very unpleasant behaviour which cannot be described in words . So frndss if you love your pets plssss don’t consult to this divine pet clinic ……. I knw after seeing my review he mentioned in his comment that i never visted to his clinic …. To hide his mistakes and his intolerable behaviour Like he do with other people but frndss from my side theirr is a big NO ❌for this clinic . A Disappointing Experience at Pet Clinic I recently visited Pet Clinic in urgent need of dry food for my 2-year-old Persian cat. As I had run out of her usual food and needed more for the morning, I was looking for the nearest pet store that could help me out. My experience at Pet Clinic, however, was far from satisfactory and left me feeling highly disrespected and frustrated. Upon entering the store, I asked the shop owner for assistance in finding the specific dry cat food I needed. To my dismay, instead of providing the help I required, he responded rudely and dismissively. When I inquired about who the doctor was, he curtly replied that he was the doctor (I am the doctor, I am not the shopkeeper). He claimed that his role as a vet prevented him from helping me locate the cat food, which struck me as unprofessional and inconsiderate. The doctor's behavior was particularly shocking given his profession. As a veterinarian, one would expect him to exhibit a soft, gentle, and understanding personality, especially towards customers who are concerned about their pets' well-being. His rude response and lack of assistance were not only unhelpful but also deeply humiliating. It was evident that he lacked the empathy and professionalism one would expect from someone in his position. Feeling stressed and desperate to ensure my cat had food for the morning, I was met with an attitude that made the situation even worse. The entire interaction left me feeling furious and helpless. Consequently, I decided to leave Pet Clinic without making a purchase and went to another store where I was treated with the respect and assistance any customer deserves. In conclusion, my experience at Pet Clinic was one of the worst I have ever had at a pet store. The lack of customer service and the disrespectful behavior of the owner, who also happened to be the vet, were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for pet supplies or veterinary services. Treating customers with courtesy and professionalism should be a basic standard for any business, especially one dealing with the care of beloved pets. Unfortunately, Pet Clinic failed to meet this standard, leaving me with a deeply negative impression.
