We have a dog and a cat. Our dog is elderly and our cat has some special needs. Not only has Rohit bhaiya been extremely professional, he has also extended the kind of courtesy that makes me want to choose local pet stores over online stores. He has opened the shop late for us, has delivered our order when we were away, has arranged special needs food (at online rates). He also reminds us for the next box in time for our cat food running out. He is very helpful when it comes to questions on availability, brand and which product is better. It is 10 stars out of 5 for me.

Got to know about a dog fair organised at the shop and I was in the neighbourhood so visited the dog fair, got so many treats for my puppy, it was really lovely to see all the dogs and cats, and it’s such a nice gesture that there pups for adoption. I was not carrying my puppy along, but he loved all the treats. Hopefully next time, she will meet all her furry paw friends.
