Experience beyond horrible.. Prices above cloud.. Staff's arrogance at the peak.. would not recommend this to anyone. I went twice there and first time already ordered few items.. when I had visited second time, I was asking for the final price because every other shop gives a discount of 15% to which the staff could have refused politely but instead he said lena hai to lo otherwise leave... pathetic.. I wonder how is this shop surviving when in Bhopal you have many shop where staffs are so polite and you get good discounts as well..

I shop food, toys n all the bath n grooming related nececities for my furr babies from here. My dogs n i r happy to have them on board in this business. Their grooming n spa facilities r top notch. Most hospitable staff n specially the owner Mayank ji Is always so helpful n available in just one call. I really appreciate. ❤️ Thank-you

The best pet shop in town.Owner is extremely polite & helpful.Staff is also well behaved.We take our furbaby here for spa often and he definitely loves it.They are skilled in handling all breeds and dedicated to their work. Loads of yummy foods & treats and varieties of toys/accessories available for your furry companion. Must visit!!

The staff behaviour is very rude and above all the owner is not at all responsible very careless they are very careless they just coverups in the end please save your pets if they can fool people who can speak what bad they might be doing with the pets who can't speak.
