He is a very experienced doctor, and has done charitable work as well. It's my personal experience, I've taken street dogs to his hospital and clinic many times
Best veterinary doctor My 1 yro cat fell from the terrace and bad her entire femur bone joint crushed into pieces (hind leg). There was no hope at first we thought we had to amputate her leg or even possible death due to a very major fracture but thankfully, we had cross pinning done on her whose head surgeon was Dr tumariya. The surgery was complicated and difficult as the bone was thin and there was a huge chance her bone would crush even more from the rods, but he projected his expertise and experience and made it successful. He was consistently in touch with us throughout the healing period, till we had her pins taken out. He saved my cat's life and leg. So thankful for doctors like him. God bless him❤️🙏
This surgeon handled my cat’s case very poorly he removed the stones and also removed private parts and made an artificial hole for pee unnecessarily, yet my cat’s condition only worsened and he ultimately passed away. This experience was extremely traumatic and I cannot recommend this surgeon at all
Terrible experience! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this doctor. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero compassion. Our pet was treated with negligence and suffered greatly under his care. Instead of helping, his careless attitude made things worse and we lost our beloved pet because of his mishandling. No family should ever have to go through this pain. Please, do not trust your pets with him. This doctor’s attitude is as bad as his treatment – our pet suffered because of him. Unprofessional and cruel – a nightmare for any pet owner.
Dr. Tumariya may have been a good vet and had a good reputation earlier in Bhopal, but it is no longer the same. I request pet parents to read this review because I do not want anyone else’s pets to face such neglect, and would not wish the regret and guilt I feel upon any other pet parent. Because of his reputation in Bhopal, I too took my dog to him, and I will forever regard it as one of the biggest regrets of my life. He was extremely casual, and did not take my dog’s symptom’s seriously, despite me repeatedly bringing them to his attention, he kept telling me that it was nothing serious. I deeply regret not taking a second opinion now, and if you insist on taking your pets to him, please make sure that you take second opinions from other vets too. My 1-year-old dog was under the treatment of Dr. Tumariya from the beginning. On 24th January 2026, his vaccinations were due. On that day, I clearly mentioned that I felt my dog seemed a little weak. He was examined and I was told he had congestion. After that, I was asked to bring him on alternate days for treatment for congestion. On 29th January, I insisted that his stomach appeared bloated and something did not feel right. Only then was a CBC advised, with a suggestion that it could be a liver infection. The reports confirmed a liver infection, and medicines were prescribed. Despite the extremely low haemoglobin and albumin reported in the CBC, he still refused to take the situation seriously, and sent my dog home without any blood or albumin transfusion. Even after the diagnosis, I continued visiting the clinic on alternate days. I was repeatedly told that it was “nothing serious” and that he would recover. I repeatedly asked him what the signs would be if a medical emergency occurred, but was told in a casual manner that there would be no such emergency. However, on the morning of 10th February at 8.00am, his condition suddenly seemed worsened and I had to rush him in an emergency state. At that point, he was extremely weak and deteriorating rapidly. Despite his condition, the doctor was continued to be very casual and only oxygen was administered. No immediate IV fluids, electrolyte testing, or aggressive emergency intervention was done at that time. He simply gave my dog an oxygen mask and continued in a relaxed manner, still failing to realise the seriousness of the situation. Within a short span, his condition declined further and I lost my pet. As a pet parent, I trusted the medical advice given throughout this period. Looking back at the sequence of events, I strongly feel that earlier thorough investigation and more proactive emergency management may have changed the outcome. I deeply regret not taking a second opinion now, and would suggest that you don’t take your pets to him, especially dogs and cats. He may have decent treatment for larger animals (although I do not have any experience with this), but does not understand smaller ones. This has been a devastating loss for me. I am sharing this so other pet parents do not ever trust this dr to handle emergencies and ask for diagnostics early, as the dr. hardly has any interest in curing your pets and doesn’t give a damn about them.
