We had a distressing experience here with a stray puppy. First, the vet provided a wrong diagnosis for two days and notably lacked the necessary test kits for a proper medical assessment. After seeking a second opinion, we confirmed the initial diagnosis was entirely incorrect. The facility's hygiene and service were also unacceptable. On the second day, following an IV drip, the staff made us clean the puppy’s stool ourselves. We were forced to literally beg just to be provided with basic soap and sanitizer to clean up. When it came to the bill (₹600), we offered to pay for the actual drip and supplements used, as we had ended up doing half the manual work ourselves and the medical advice was faulty. They refused and demanded the full amount. We tried to reach out later to resolve this but were unsuccessful. The most shocking part occurred 40 days later. The vet called us specifically to verbally abuse us, using derogatory slurs (calling us "beggars" and "thieves") and even cursed our little puppy, stating she would never recover. We originally withheld this review out of goodwill, but after such unprofessional, malicious behavior from a medical professional, we feel the public needs to be warned. This was a total lack of manners and basic human empathy.

I took my bird to this veterinarian for treatment. The doctor gave an injection, and shortly after that my bird’s leg became paralyzed. Despite this serious reaction, there was no proper explanation, urgency, or corrective treatment provided. Unfortunately, my bird’s condition worsened and it eventually led to death. As a pet owner, this was extremely painful and traumatic. I feel the handling of such a delicate animal was careless, and proper avian-specific knowledge and caution were lacking. Birds are very sensitive, and one wrong injection can be fatal. I would strongly advise bird owners to be very careful before consulting her better seek an good avian specialist and never allow injections to the bird My experience here was heartbreaking and unacceptable.
