Very very nice service. They treat them like there own pet. All facilities are available there. There are also kind towards pet and their parents.

Few months back I had rated this guy with 5 star but now I am downgrading him to 1 star. This guy Arpit Chauhan is a cheat and so is ex live-in partner Rakhi. I had given this guy money for keeping my pet for 3 month. As per their request I had paid them for all 3 month in advance. But I had also told them that it may so happen that I may come back early. I was assured by him that in such a case balance of the money will be refunded back immediately. And so it happened. I returned after a month. I have been asking for my money back since Aug 2024. Then he started telling me stories as to how his live in partner ran away with all the money I had sent him. I still owe him ₹35,000 out of which ₹1000 was loaned to help him out of very tight situation when he did not had money to even get petrol for his bike. I can expose a lot about his live in relationship also but all I actually care about is refund of my money. He is not even reading my message nowadays or responding to my calls. In a month or two I will be home and lodge an FIR against this guy. And he cannot refute a single word I m writing as I can produce screenshots of every single word I am claiming. Kindly do not land up in situation like I have with him. Be safe and be wary of frauds like him.

my experience with this dog boarding facility was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow pet owners seeking a caring and professional environment for their canine companions. It's a place where dogs not only board but thrive in a loving and stimulating atmosphere.

It is the worst boarding facility in bhopal. The images shown are different and the way they keep dog is different. They will not provide the videos and photos you have to ask multiple times they will not pick the calls and also they will provide cheap quality food. Never keep your dogs here I had very bad experience and they asked me in last after all to please rate us good but all other rating are been told by the owner to give good but the truth is different.
