I found the facility to be less than hygienic and clean for dogs, and the staff was quite rude despite the good doctors. Considering it's a state hospital, I expected the charges to be more competitive in comparison to private hospitals.
Some facilities need modernisation and upgrades, but still they are giving their best despite facing daily crowds of pet owners, most vets are usually helpful towards animal rescuers too
the doctors and staff are hardworking considering how much pressure of workload they have it's ok if they behave bit rude , the hygiene is a real concern but if u want cheap and good treatment it is your place you can ask doctor if there is some medication you should buy from outside shops they will tell you or else they treat well with medications they have , anyway there is room for much improvement in hygiene , staff numbers and supply of diverse medicines and machines or else facility is good and useful
I buy 20 rs ticket to see doc. Then doc said to purchase vaccine from outside (private medical) as hospital don't have vaccines . Govt vaccine of 40 rs and had to buy of 600rs from medical shop.
Charging 8k–12k for female dog sterilization and indirectly pressuring people to go to a private doctor. When I asked what exactly I would be paying for, they started making excuses. Even after knowing that I had traveled 20 km with a street female dog, the doctor was not helpful. Very disappointing experience with a government clinic that is supposed to be affordable and supportive. The doctor in Room No. 13 was not helpful. I felt that some staff were misleading people and focusing on money instead of proper care. It was a very disappointing experience.
