Ac kennel in Bhopal, loved the professionalism.Great place for the furry kids to unwind!

My Dog was very well kept. She was fed really well. Even their grooming services are really nice. Highly recommend. I feel a sense of security leaving my fur baby there as they entertain video calls and send my dog’s video clips.

After moving from Bangalore to Bhopal, I was quite apprehensive of the dog boarding centres that were there in the city. I have to keep travelling often due to work and it was always a worry where to house her for especially longer periods. When we went to visit the PAWS facility, we were so pleasantly surprised because this is a world class facility for boarding dogs, dog spas, and just everything related to dog care. We have a female American Bully called Ziggy, and before promising to board her at Paws, the staff there did a meticulous check and asked us to keep her at the boarding for a free trial day. A few things that I found very impressive and praiseworthy about the facility are: 1. Design and cleanliness of the kennels. 2. The huge designated open areas for the dogs to play and walk. 3. How well the whole facility has been kept. 4. Attention to detail to things such as using only dog-friendly cleanliness products, vet on-call for emergencies, etc. 5. Strictness about dogs' vaccinations, anti-tick and anti-flea medications etc. 6. Most importantly, competence and empathetic behaviour of the caretakers here. We kept Ziggy here for 12 days, and got regular updates about her via videos, calls, and video calls. They made us fill out a comprehensive form about her behaviour, habits, food preferences, etc. and followed them properly. If there were any doubts, they immediately called us to clarify. When we went back to pick her up, she looked extremely happy and healthy. They had taken such good care of her that it was beyond our expectations! Paws is definitely going to be our go-to place for dog boarding and spas going forward. Thank you team for the great work, keep it up!

I had a great experience at Paws The Dog Planet. The staff was very kind to my dog and made sure he was comfortable during the grooming. The grooming was completed neatly and without incident, and the area is spotless. My dog emerged looking calm and relaxed. I would definitely Visit again.

I would like to really appreciate this place for the services they provided. We are proud parents of Sara our black Labrador and we needed to travel out of station for Dushera. We had never left any of our dogs at a boarding facility before. I found this place on google and gave them a call. I even booked tickets separately if this didn’t work out for us. Let me explain step by step how professional these people were- 1. Firstly when I called them Dev answered and very patiently answered all my questions and conveyed their requirements for Sara to be boarded with them. He told us it’s a must to have the anti tick injection along with all her vaccinations being up to date for the safety of our Sara as well as the other dogs boarded there. 2. He told us that they would have to keep Sara for a trial nearer to the date of her boarding so that she could adjust to the place and the people. On the trial day they took her in and placed her in her space and without us asking showed us the entire facility which was really awesome, clean and air conditioned. 3. Since this place is far away from our residence we decided to place her a day early and they easily accommodated to our request. On arrival we filled out a comprehensive form describing her traits and behaviour, we decided her food menu and deposited her bowl with stand, bed, mattress, toys, medicines and treats all of which were checked, counted and noted down. 4. The next day they sent us a video of her playing in the play area and even did a video call on their own. The rest of the trip I was always informed of her well being. You can even video call between 12noon to 6 Pm. Saurabh another member of the team called us to ask whether Sara would need a spa session or not. 5. When we went to get her our bill was ready and all her belongings were checked and given back. She was so excited and was very happy. I would really like to thank the owner of this place. You are running this place keeping in mind all the concerns that pet parents usually have when leaving their pets at a boarding facility. Your staff Dev, Saurabh and the other person ( sorry I have forgotten his name) were so professional and at the same time so empathetic with all the dogs there. The facility itself is really perfect, clean, tidy and seriously it looks like a kids play group (watch the video People, you will understand what I am trying to say) Thank you once again. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
