I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic. I brought my turtle here for treatment, but the doctor prescribed medication that appeared to be expired. After giving the treatment as advised, my turtle’s condition became worse, and sadly, my pet passed away. The clinic seems more focused on making money than providing genuine care. Despite charging high fees, I did not receive the responsibility, transparency, or proper medical attention I expected. When I questioned them about the medication and my pet’s deteriorating condition, I was not given a clear or satisfactory explanation. I strongly urge other pet owners to double-check all prescriptions and medications before proceeding with treatment here. Losing my pet in this way has been extremely painful and heartbreaking.

First, I took my dog to this clinic for treatment. After following the prescribed medication, my dog’s condition worsened and he passed away. Later, I brought my cat to the same clinic, and once again after the treatment, my cat also died. Losing both of my beloved pets like this has completely broken me. I loved my dog and my cat deeply, and their loss has left me in severe trauma. I feel mentally shattered and have lost my sense of peace and stability.
