I trusted Bark Avenue and Yamini for the first time with my dogs Juno and Bella.. and they were in really good hands.. The cleanliness of the place, the regular updates and videos as well as the thoughtful caretakers really made my experience smooth. I am going to leave my furry kids at Bark Avenue everytime I need a boaridng now.
We left our dog for one week and they charges are very high and insensible . Day care + night + plus extra charges for hour Here is the breakup again. 1st Cycle (night boarding): 8 AM 2nd Sep til 8 AM 3rd Sep = 750/ 2nd Cycle (night boarding): 8 AM 3rd Sep til 8 AM 4th Sep = 750/ 3rd Cycle (day care): 8 AM 4th Sep til 7 PM 4th Sep = 750/ Late pickup: 7 PM - 10 PM = 300/ For day care chargesd me 750 which is the one day cost plus 300 for extra hours if I left him for nite she told will charge us extra 750 My dog came up with severe constipation problem .initially the center was good and now it became very money minded and worst .
Indeed a great place for Pet, I dropped my 2.5yrs pet & since this was for the very first time at a new place I was bit worried but certainly that turned out to a be great place! I could make out clearly my pet loved the place. Spacious, well maintained and I would definitely recommend pet lovers in and around Electronic City to check in & experience. Lastly the Owner(both Mr & Mrs) they both personally being present at the site & looking after the pets. They are so loving & caring towards the pet that made me comfortable & confident that my pet was at right hand and would love to come back again and again.
Had to leave my boy for 3 days due to a business trip and was looking out for a good place for him to feel like home. After scouting a lot of places, luckily I came across “bark avenue” and paid a visit. My boy liked it instantly and I knew it’s the right place the moment I met with the owners of the place. They are very warm, loving and treated my boy Alex as their own. “Bark Avenue” is going to be the go to place for sure in and around Electronic City. Due to an exigency in my family had to leave my furry babies for nearly 20 days. They were well taken care of, regular videos of their play time were shared and when my golden retriever was sick I was immediately notified and medications were administered as per doctors prescription. I was able to be at peace just coz of the staff and support from Bark Avenue. Will highly recommend them as the go to place for your furry babies/ pets. Thanks to the team at Bark Avenue.
