Doctors are very rude and just want to clear the opd, especially one doctor who wears spectacles . They don't care to listen to patient history ,don't care to diagnose the disease correctly by physical examination. Just put injections as they wish. They just want to clear the opd as fast as possible and rush to their private clinics I think. I'm never going to come to these doctors again. Sad to see that the government funds are being used to pay salaries of such irresponsible doctors.
Vet Pet Hospital, Queens Road is NOT 24/7 open, even though it is shown as open on Google. I visited with an injured cat having severe head infection and bleeding. The hospital was closed, no emergency OPD, no doctor available — only lights were on. This is misleading and dangerous, especially in emergency cases. Google and authorities must verify timings properly before showing it as open.
I had a terrible experience at this veterinary hospital. My cat was unwell, and instead of doing any proper diagnosis or explaining the condition, the doctor simply gave multiple injection withoit any test or scanning and sent us home. There was no effort to find out what was wrong or suggest any tests. Sadly, my cat passed away shortly after the visit. Blood test and scanning will be denied It’s heartbreaking to lose a pet due to such careless treatment. I expected compassion and proper care, but what I received was negligence and indifference. I’m sharing this so that other pet owners can be more careful when choosing where to take their pets for treatment.
Veterinary Super Speciality Hospital, Bangalore (Queen's Road, Cantonment) A few days ago, I found an injured eagle near my house, tangled in kite threads. It was heartbreaking to see the majestic bird in such a state. I immediately took it to the Veterinary Super Speciality Hospital in Bangalore, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and service provided. The hospital staff were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. They treated the eagle with utmost care and ensured its recovery. Their dedication to saving lives, be it of domestic animals or wildlife, is truly commendable. This experience also serves as a reminder for us to educate our children about the importance of being mindful while flying kites. Kite threads can be a significant hazard for birds, and it is our responsibility to ensure that no harm comes to them. Let's teach the younger generation to coexist with nature responsibly. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs expert care for animals. Thank you to the team for the wonderful service!
Very irresponsible and unethical veterinary hospital I had multiple extremely bad experiences at this veterinary hospital, and I strongly do not recommend it to anyone who genuinely cares about their animals. The doctors and nurses appear highly irresponsible and lack proper diagnostic skills. They give the same injections to all animals, including cats and other species, without properly identifying the problem. Shockingly, they also reuse the same needle for IV drips on multiple animals, which is completely unsafe and unhygienic. When I took my cat for vaccination, the doctor completed the full annual vaccination course (two injections). Later, when I visited for a different issue, the same doctor forced me to give another vaccine, claiming one dose was pending. The very next day, when I returned for this so-called “pending vaccine,” the doctor pretended he had never said anything, even in front of two other doctors. This clearly felt like an attempt to make extra money, especially since vaccination charges here are very high. The junior doctors here know nothing, because when I went to the hospital for treatment of a small fungal infection in my cat and she told me that it has to undergo a surgery 🤯, then she went to her senior doctor to double check, and got shouted at as expected. In another incident, I brought two healthy goats for a routine health check-up. Without proper examination, the doctor immediately injected both goats with injections she had already kept in her pocket. One goat, which was perfectly fine before, passed away. The surviving goat was advised calcium supplements, after which it developed kidney stones. The hospital was unable to treat this complication and simply told us to go to another hospital. This hospital shows negligence, poor medical ethics, and a money-driven approach rather than genuine care for animals. I would strongly advise pet owners and livestock owners to stay away from this place.
