Absolutely paws-itively loved the experience of boarding our pet Simba at The Wag Social! The founders, Chitra and Anu, truly go above and beyond to ensure every pet feels loved and cared for. The caretakers at the premise are incredibly attentive and passionate about their work - it's clear they genuinely adore the pets in their care. What truly sets The Wag Social apart is the emphasis on outdoor playtime, allowing pets to roam freely under careful supervision. It's wonderful to see pets getting to enjoy nature and socialize in a safe environment. Simba had an absolute blast and even showed signs of missing the fun after returning home! The personalized attention and expert advice from Anu and Chitra were invaluable. The tip about Yak cheese has been very useful! Their dedication to providing exceptional care and their passion for animal welfare shines through in every aspect of their service. We're so grateful for the experience and can't recommend The Wag Social enough.

Loved the way they made our toy poodle feel so comfortable during his first time staying away from us in kennel setup. They always made sure to supervise him among big dogs and fed him nutritious food. Thankyou Wag Social! Highly recommended 🤗

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with this dog boarding service! They are truly wonderful — they shared my dog’s updates 4–5 times a day, which gave me so much peace of mind. They took care of my baby like their own, with so much love and attention. My boy was so happy there and even made a best friend (HAZEL)! I’m so grateful for the care they gave him. Our rescue indies, Remy and Churro, have stayed here a few times now and they have come back happy, tired, and well-fed. They love the open space to run around, and we love the peace of mind knowing the staff are genuine dog lovers who treat them like their own. It’s clear this isn’t your typical boarding setup — Chitra is a rescuer herself, and the care shows in everything they do -- especially with the people who interact with the dogs daily and make it fun for them, while sending us helpful updates. The food quality is good, and they even go above and beyond when needed like sitting with the dogs to comfort them and feed them by hand even if needed. Once, when one of our dogs refused to eat for a little more than a day, Chitra personally reached out to understand what else they could try and then went out to buy the same brand of cheese that we use at home just to comfort him. That was so unbelievable for us. That’s the kind of care you can’t put a price on!! The Wag Team always replies promptly, are ready to receive the doggos when we book there, they ask a lot of questions and really pay attention to our requests — all while keeping their costs reasonable. We are so glad that we found Wag Social after some rough boarding experiences. At first, we were pretty nervous about leaving them anywhere and even postponed some trips as a result. BUT Wag Social has totally blown us away! THANKS Chitra. Tips for first-timers: make it easy for yourself and the Wag team -- share your dog’s vax record, candid overview about the dog's personality, and their detailed daily eating/activity/sleep schedule. This will go a long way to make it easier for the Wag team to understand how best to care for your pup. And, send the doggos with some of their favorite treats from home — it makes the transition easier with familiar tastes as they adjust to new people, food, and surroundings. Also, if possible - please consider making a donation to Wag Social as they often help out the community by fostering rescues. We are grateful that we have a safe, caring place like Wag Social. Highly recommend!

Wag Social is an awesome place or may be the only boarding for pets where I can leave my dog worry free. My dog is 4yo male, extremely pampered since he is only dog I ever had. We both have separation anxiety but Anu, Joe and Chitra are such great hosts they made sure we both enjoy while we are away. Every time I thought of Oscar, there was an update on WhatsApp 🥹 can’t express my gratitude 🙏 Oscar has started feeling a little confident when I am not around, but seriously food perfect, play perfect, caretakers are awesome. Oscar can’t sleep alone without a human, he sleeps with a lady. Usually boardings have 1 or max 2 care takers, they have around 5-6. Best pet boarding experience I have had in Bangalore. Go worry free! trust me!
