Dr Vasim is an expert and highly recommended if you have a cat. He knows cats in and out and his prescription had my cat stop being lethargic and quite active.
The doctor Shahid Vaseem was always so scared to touch my dog, who was such a gentle being. He diagnosed my dog with cancer and then scheduled a surgery to remove gall bladder which had a big tumor. He didn't even do the surgery but handed it off to some other doctor. But the worse part is after the surgery when complications occurred and I video called him to understand why my dog was behaving weirdly, he didn't diagnose it as problematic instead he dismissed it as too much heat which led to so much of time wasted. He didn't even say bring the dog to the clinic let me check.. no. If we had rushed him to the clinic or anywhere else, i don't know but maybe my dog could've been saved. I lost him 6 months ago and it still painful to think of how my sweet dog had to suffer in the end. How can you diagnose an ailment without even touching your patient? Shame on You.
An absolutely wonderful place for all pet parents. Been having some issues with my indie cats, and Dr Waseem and his team work so gently with them, let me know of the issues, and ways to take care of the cats as well. Scans, medical issues and all are a cinch. I think I’ll be visiting here as long as I have pets!
I would not recommend this hospital. Unfortunately, none of my kittens survived under their care. It was a very distressing experience, and I found the staff and the doctors to be unhelpful. I visited the hospital countless times and followed all their instructions, bringing the kittens in regularly every few days. Despite all the treatments provided, nothing seemed to work. Sadly, all of my kittens passed away after enduring significant pain and suffering. WORST VET HOSPITAL
I’ve been taking my Persian cats to Dr. Vaseem at Trustivet for over 2 years. Although we live near Marathahalli and it takes us around 2 hours to get there, he’s the only vet I truly trust with my pets. My 11-year-old cat, Cassie, suffered from kidney issues and after trying several other clinics with no improvement, it was Dr. Vaseem’s care that brought him back to full health. I continue to take both my cats to him, and knowing they are in such capable and compassionate hands gives me immense peace of mind. For any pet parent, having a vet you can rely on completely is priceless and that’s exactly what Dr. Vaseem is for us.
