Horrible Experience — They Hurt My Dog! This was by far the worst pet service I’ve ever visited. The staff were completely untrained and had no basic understanding of how to treat animals. Their behaviour with my dog was shocking — absolutely rough, impatient, and careless. The worst part was during nail clipping. They handled my dog so badly that they cut too deep, and my dog started bleeding. Instead of apologising or helping calmly, they behaved as if it was normal and showed zero concern. My dog was terrified, and so was I. No pet owner should have to experience this. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to stay far away from this irresponsible and unprofessional place. Your pet’s safety is at risk here.
