Great place to buy a hamster it was a little costly but worth every penny now we own a cutie Peach and it is so adorable and pretty also interact calmly doesn't bite and also it is a real cutie. Definitely buy a pet from here they have everything and the owner is so knowledgeable and kind loved the place 😃❤️

Owner Vikas is highly irresponsible and unethical, uses his marketing skills to fool customers. Do not believe in his sales pitch about how much he cares about the hamsters and their environment. Talks about “forever service” and the initial service itself is so pathetic. 1.Bought a Syrian hamster with entire set up worth 10K. He suggested we could take the hamster and keep him in a bucket until the container and rest of the items are delivered. He did not provide us with the proper bill. 2.Next day we enquired about customising the glass container - he refused customization for standard size containers; this was not communicated earlier. 3.after several reminders the rest of the products were delivered 8 days later. 4.Further to our disappointment, he scheduled delivery and asked us to pay the delivery charges which was not communicated earlier. Kept arguing that he had already told and it’s not his problem. 5. Denied return of delivered items and refund. Refer the pictures of quantity of food and sand bath. Clearly cheating his customers. I could have bought all these at a lesser price from online store. Highly frustrated!!!

Lovely experience! I think this is the only place in Bangalore where u can get to know everything about Hamsters. People are very friendly here, they guide you thru each and every step before u buy any Hamster.

I waited for 6 months after getting a hamster from Hamster garden to write this review as it's hard to understand the quality/health of an animal right away. I bought a Campbell dwarf hamster from Hamster garden with black and white colouration, something which is rare to find in local pet shops (who only have Chinese dwarf and Syrian hamsters). The process was very smooth considering the pandemic was at its height. Everything was agreed upon through whatsapp and the person was kind enough to deliver the hamster and accessories to my home. The hamsters here are expensive than other vendors but that is the deal with any pet that you buy from good breeders. If you buy rare variants or healthier variants they are expensive. And it's better to buy from good vendors who don't indulge in shady methods of breeding even if you pay a little extra. Believe me, it pays in the long run as your animal is healthier and happier. The people running this place are knowledgeable and are quick to respond to any questions you might have about the animal and they guide you initially if you are a new pet owner like me. You may choose to buy accessories and food from elsewhere as they are cheaper. Even online, now many options are available. It's not fair to even expect pet shops to match the prices which you see online as they don't play in the same scale and reach. Yet, if you are vocal for local, you can support them by buying from them. I bought my initial supplies (food, bedding material) from them but found that buying online is cheaper and more convenient. Overall, I'd recommend these guys to anyone who wants to buy small pets. The overall experience is just great. Attaching pics of our 'Oreo'.
