We went for a grooming session of our kitten and it was a nice experience. However, doctor consultantations are not, they just try to extract as much money as possible. We spent almost ₹15,000 more here compared to other clinics, please don't give your hard earned money to them.

I am very disappointed with the billing at this clinic. They overcharged for the vaccination, and the invoice amount was higher than the MRP, which is misleading. When I raised a complaint, customer support said there was an additional service charge besides the consultation fee, but this was never mentioned anywhere on the invoice. This lack of transparency in pricing is unacceptable. To make things worse, the staff were not supportive and showed no willingness to help resolve the issue. I felt my concerns were ignored, and the communication was poor throughout. This experience has left me frustrated and doubtful about returning or recommending this clinic.

The staff handled my kittens with great care and patience, and the grooming was done perfectly. They also have some really great offers available. I am writing this review to highlight a serious lapse in medical judgment that caused my young puppy’s eye condition to worsen significantly after treatment at Vetic. When I first visited Vetic, my puppy had mild cloudiness in one eye. After examination, the doctor diagnosed her with a corneal ulcer. I was prescribed eye drops, after which her condition started deteriorating instead of improving. On the second visit, despite the ulcer worsening, I was prescribed Hatgat-P eye drops, which contain Prednisolone (a steroid). Within one day of using this medicine, my puppy’s eye condition became severely worse, with increased cloudiness, inflammation, and visible damage. Alarmed by this rapid deterioration, I immediately consulted another veterinary clinic. I was clearly informed that steroid-containing eye drops must NOT be used in corneal ulcers, especially in small puppies, as they can delay healing, worsen the ulcer, and risk permanent damage. To be absolutely certain, I further confirmed this with three additional veterinarians, and all of them gave the same medical opinion the use of steroid eye drops in a corneal ulcer is contraindicated and unsafe. This is not a minor issue. It is basic ophthalmic knowledge. Prescribing steroids in such cases can lead to corneal melting, perforation, and even blindness. Watching my puppy suffer due to this was emotionally devastating. Also few days back, I went there with my another two dogs for vaccinations, and without my permission, they created two bills and added a membership to both. They adjusted the charges as per their convenience and made us wait for a long time. I called multiple times to report this issue but never received a proper response. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience😤😤 Pet parents place immense trust in reputed hospitals like Vetic. Unfortunately, this experience has shaken my trust completely. I strongly hope the management takes this feedback seriously, reviews their clinical protocols, and ensures that no other animal is put at risk due to such preventable mistakes. I am sharing this review to create awareness and protect other pet parents.

We took a stray dog here for nail trimming and grooming, and the staff handled everything with great care and compassion. They did a good job, especially considering the dog was not used to grooming. The pricing was very reasonable, and the overall experience was smooth and professional.
