Worst grooming service faced in past 2 years. Went for full body trimming for my dog. First they told after trim they'll give bath. The person who was doing grooming was the worst person I ever came across. Not provided proper cut. Here and there left hair patches. Full hair dust was coming from body when asked him to provide wash started misbehaving and telling I'll not do anything take your dog .After arguing so much became ready for wash and then manhandled my dog and started shouting also. If you don't know how to handle stop giving service. No one is going for free service. I'm paying 1800 so I'll expect good service. I suggest do not go to such places where pets are not safe and only looting money. The excuse they are giving person is doing grooming from morning so he's frustrated. What he's doing I not bothered if I came I expect proper care and service. Instead of coming here if I would have gone to some other place might be I will get better service. Editing the review to let you know that my appointment was at 1 pm and I was there at 1.20 pm. You groomer started grooming at 2 pm because he has not finished his last appointment on time. For your kind info I have waited not your manager and groomer. 2nd thing I have already told him what needs to be done so it's your fault that you have not provided proper hair trimming. In that case 3 or 300 times you give bath I don't care. If my dog will be manhandled then I will misbehave. Instead of giving blame on customer starts looking at your own mistakes first. I have paid you for service not charity that I'll leave you and your groomer and your manager if my dog will be mishandled. And also the pictures shows how well your groomer is trained. If I would have not posted the picture then you could blame and others might think you are right but in picture it's clear that you guys have not done your work properly and started blaming others. The way your service and behavior was there I should have given 0 rupees to you. Pathetic service and senseless groomer. Don't lecture on punctuality first make your arrangements and appointments proper. This was the reason that the other guy also went from your shop because you guys don't know to handle customers.

Had an amazing experience getting my dogs nails cut. The groomer was very gentle and patient.

It's a very good experience. We needed a full-body haircut for our Spritz. The person who did the haircut was patient and did the job neatly. Shop is good as well with pet toys and accessories mostly. Highly recommended and will visit again for pet grooming.

Not happy with the service. He cut my cats fur very unevenly, and even after 2 gours the job wasn't completed. We had to HELP him finis the rest of the trim. Why are you charging so much if you are gonna make customers do your job? Disappointed. @Furrever: FYI My husband is a registered customer. :)
