Easily the best pet boarding centre in all of Bengaluru (we've had to settle for others when Pet Stepin was at full capacity). The humans here are genuine 100% dog lovers, and they cared for our indie Saki so nicely during our 4 years in the city (now we're moving to Hyderabad). They're also super flexible and accommodating about date changes at the last minute (as much as possible). All the best!

A great place for keeping your pets. It is very well maintained and I have found no problems with the way they have handled our pets. You have to book in advance the slots. They share updates of your pets regularly in form of photos and videos, so you do not need to worry.

One of the best dog boarding I have encountered. Kept my Shih Tzu Maggie here with them for a couple of days, I am so happy with the excellent care and service they provided while we were gone. She had developed an infection in her eye, they took her to the vet and gave her the right treatment, kept me in the loop through the entire process. Usually boardings are not professional, but these guys are real dog lovers and the level of attention they pay to each pet is great. They even gave her complimentary bath before pickup. Satisfied, will definitely keep her again of we go outta town.

Pet Stepin is my go-to daycare and boarding centre for my beagle, Coffee. I’ve used their services multiple times over the past two years and have always been extremely satisfied. Coffee absolutely loves playing with her friends there and is always excited to visit. The team’s genuine love and care for animals truly shows. On occasions when Coffee needed regular medication for her allergies during her stay, they were incredibly accommodating and took excellent care of her needs. Thank you to everyone at Pet Stepin for the love and care you’ve given Coffee. Without a doubt, this is one of the best pet boarding centres out there.
