Dr. Nitish and Anukarna Clinic – Inaccurate Working Hours . Dear Dr. Nitish and Anukarna, Google lists your clinic as open until 8:00 PM on weekdays. We called about vaccinations and were assured walk-ins were welcome anytime before closing before 8.00 pm. Yet, arriving at 7:45 PM, we found the doors locked and clinic shut. To better serve customers, please update your hours accurately—especially if appointments are needed to stay open late. Valuing time builds trust! Thank you.

We trusted this well-reputed clinic with the life of our precious cat, believing she would get the best care possible, but they failed us completely. We were regular visitors, and despite our repeated concerns, the doctors kept giving excuses and misdiagnosing her. During one of the visits, they even did a small abdominal check, felt something unusual, discussed it among themselves, but never informed us properly or took it seriously. Instead, they simply prescribed a random course of medication that did nothing to help. Over a span of three months and multiple blood tests, they still couldn’t identify the real cause of her declining health. Every time we reported symptoms, our concerns were dismissed or judged instead of being addressed with care. Their method of drawing blood even caused a puncture in her blood vessel, leading to a painful swelling (the size of a grape) that later turned into a severe infection requiring surgery whn we went to another clinic. After finally doing an abdominal scan, they hastily diagnosed her with pyometra. They prescribed medication that had no effect because the diagnosis itself was wrong. What’s worse, instead of reassuring us or handling the situation with empathy, they scared us by saying she was in a critical condition and refused to do the surgery themselves, insisting we go somewhere else for treatment. When we went to another clinic, the truth came out, our baby had a tumor attached to her small intestine. It’s unbelievable how this clinic, after months of tests and even after a scan, still failed to detect something so serious. Our angel suffered unimaginable pain because of their carelessness and lack of responsibility, and ultimately, she couldn’t survive the trauma. I hold Dr. Anukarna and Dr. Nitish personally accountable for this tragedy. Even when they suspected something was wrong, they never warned us or acted urgently. Only when it was too late did they rush and throw terrifying diagnoses at us. No family deserves to be treated this way, and no pet deserves to be ignored like ours was.Their behavior was consistently rude, dismissive, and insensitive. They always seemed to be in a hurry, prioritizing money over the lives of the animals they’re supposed to care for.They are money-minded, careless, and lack basic empathy. Please take your beloved pets elsewhere don’t make the same mistake we did. Our baby deserved better, and so does yours.

The doctors are extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to thoroughly examine my pet and explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the diagnosis and treatment plan. The clinic staff were friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I am so grateful to have found such a caring veterinary team who truly goes above and beyond for their patients. We have three cats, and for the past four years, we have been consulting Dr. Nitish and Dr. Anukarna for almost all the health issues our fur kids have faced. From the time they were at the HSR branch to now at the Electronic City branch, we have ensured regular check-ups as well as visits during illnesses despite having to travel nearly 30 km each time. This is purely because of the trust we have over them over the years. When our first cat was critically ill and wrongly diagnosed at another hospital, we brought him to My Pets Choice. The doctors took the time to thoroughly understand his medical history and symptoms, conducted only the necessary tests, and treated him based on clinical findings rather than assumptions. Their approach is thoughtful, ethical, and focused on the animal’s actual condition. Over the years, we have treated our cats here for serious and routine conditions alike, including FIP, spay and neuter procedures, and now ongoing kidney-related issues. In every case, the care has been thorough, well-explained, and handled with great sensitivity. Dr. Anukarna is also available for quick queries during urgent situations which has been immensely reassuring as pet parents. We are truly grateful to have found doctors who genuinely understand feline health and always do their best for their patients. We have confidently recommended them to many of our fellow pet-parent friends.

Cannot thank Dr Anu and Dr Nitish enough! Nova my 7yr old indie was crying in pain when I brought her to the ecity branch of MPC. I had already known of these doctors from their MPC HSR days and was really happy to know they were now treating in ecity since I recently moved here. They took care of my baby with so much kindness and care. Nova was quite unwell and they brought her back to health. They are a great combination of empathy and expertise! Not only the doctors but also the assisting staff is incredibly supportive. I'm really grateful to them for being so trustworthy and able at their jobs. It is always a huge relief for pet parents to find such. The clinic also impressed me because it had all the equipment from xray to a test lab, perfect one stop solution for our furbabies.
