Had a great experience at Bangalore Pet Hospital with my cat. The vets and staff are caring, professional, and thorough. The hospital is open 24x7, which is a big plus for emergencies. It's also fully equipped with X-ray, ICU, blood tests, oxygen support, and more—all under one roof. Clean facility, quick service, and genuine love for animals. Highly recommend for reliable and advanced pet care in Bangalore!

I am a South Korean Citizen, and I moved to Bengalore, India 5 years ago with my cat, Toffee. For the initial few years me and my husband struggled to find a vet of international standard. A local vet almost killed my cat damaging her liver while "treating" her skin infection by giving her strong doses of medication which her little liver could not bear... She was at the verge of death with enlarged liver peeing upto 20 times in 24 hours. At that stage of desperation, a friend recommended Dr.Lohith. He calmly responded to our cry and started to treat her skin infection and damaged liver with unmatched confidence and expertise. He is up to date with international standard medical care and even with Ayurvedic medicine, as he takes time out of his very hectic schedule to update himself by attending conferences abroad etc. Though he is extremely busy with his clinics and animal rescue mission all across bangalore and other parts of the country, he makes sure he is up to date with medical practices which do not have deadly side effects like careless prescription of steroids and antibiotics like most of other vets in India. We live in North Bengalore 2 hours away by car from any of his clinic but we do not mind coming to him all the way. This time, our cat is suffering from hematoma on her ear. We consulted local vet, and found out that they first resorted to surgery as expected. I regret to say that most vets are just out to make most money from sick pets and heartbroken pet parents. However, when we approached Dr. Lohith, he recommended non invasive cold laser therapy and medication (both conventional and Ayurvedic) knowing our cat's age (she is 10) and medical history (weak liver). In her condition, going through anesthesia and antibiotics are not desirable... He is so busy, we worry whether he has enough time to sleep and take care of himself. Still he remembers each and every fur patients and gives them due attention and time. Our Toffee would not have survived both the times without Dr.Lohith's personal care. We cannot express how grateful we are to his love and care for our Toffee and all other fur babies. If you are caring pet parents, you really have to visit Dr.Lohith. He is extremely talented and skilled as well. It does not just come from decades of experience. Some doctors are just gifted by God and Dr. Lohith is one of these. Thank you very much, Dr.Lohith. You are always in our prayers ❤️ may God bless you and your family. Eunhee Choi ( wife of Dr.Chand)

I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this hospital. I went there with my sick kitten, hoping for proper diagnosis and treatment. Instead, I was subjected to multiple expensive scans, X-rays, blood tests, and high-cost medicines – none of which provided clarity or real improvement. Despite fluid accumulation being visible, they continued giving her food and drips until she passed away, likely due to suffocation. It felt more like a money-making operation than a place for genuine care. Interns experimenting. I brought in a rescued stray kitten who was visibly unwell. From the start, I trusted this hospital to provide genuine care. Instead, I was put through endless scans, X-rays, blood tests, and high-cost medicines — all while receiving no clear diagnosis or plan. In hindsight, it seems they already suspected her condition was terminal (likely FIP or severe fluid buildup), but they never told me the truth. They just kept giving false hope and running up the bills. Despite clear signs of fluid accumulation, they continued drips and feeding until she died, likely by suffocation. I spent nearly ₹15,000, not including the emotional toll of watching her suffer. The doctors acted distant and rushed, and interns did most of the work — it felt like my pet was just another case for practice, not a life that mattered. Please go here only for basic services like vaccination, emergency hydration, or wound care. If your pet is seriously ill, go somewhere that values both honesty and compassion. This place prolonged her pain just to make money.

Excellent service and very caring staff. The doctors were patient and explained everything clearly. My pet was treated gently and recovered well. The hospital is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended! Especially DR.ABDUL RAZZAK & DR.PAWAN..... they are very polite they give good advice. My kitten was not eating from 5 days I was very tensed and worried about my kitten....... I went to the hospital they gave her IV fluids and blood test , advised us what to do and what to give her for the food..... They took care of her and now she has recovered..... I am thankful for the great priority they give for my kitten ....

eartbreaking Loss - My 6-Month-Old Puppy, Ski, Died from Negligence My puppy, Ski, passed away after a July 26th incident, and I hold this facility and Dr. Abdul responsible for the tragic outcome. The clinic's response to an emergency was shockingly dismissive. After an accident, I sent a video of my puppy to Dr. Abdul at 8:00 AM. Instead of acting with the urgency required for an internal injury, he treated the situation too casually. A truly professional veterinarian should have been able to assess the seriousness from the footage and demanded I bring my puppy in right away. His decision to delay proper assessment until he was ready to end his shift was a fatal mistake. I believe this negligence and delay cost my puppy his life. Furthermore, the entire experience was marred by poor clinic operation. The staff and administration demonstrated incompetence—from what I perceived as an inability to properly read an X-ray to a general lack of coordinated emergency care. Do not trust your pet's life to this clinic. If you are looking for urgent, life-saving care, seek help elsewhere. My dog's death was preventable, and I will be attaching the video evidence to show what they casually dismissed.
