Awwzo

This was my first experience with pet boarding and my dog’s first time away from home for 9 days, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. They took amazing care of her and made her feel safe and loved, which really meant a lot to me. The daily updates gave me so much peace of mind during my travel. I had zero stress knowing she was in such good hands and would definitely recommend them.

Our Labrador puppy Hagrid, who is now 6 months old, recently stayed at Awwzo while my wife and I were away for 6 days — and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From almost two months before boarding, the Awwzo team was in constant touch with us. Since Hagrid was still under 6 months then, they even consulted with their vet to confirm it was safe for him to stay, which gave us complete peace of mind. Before his stay, we took Hagrid to visit Awwzo just so he could see how his “vacation” would be — and my word, I had never seen him so happy! He immediately started playing with the other dogs and loved running around their huge backyard. Once he boarded, the care and attention from the staff was exceptional. Unlike many other boarding places, Awwzo keeps the dogs safe in a spacious room, either inside a crate or in a play pen depending on what suits them best. The staff also groomed Hagrid every day, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were very particular about his diet too — giving him his Royal Canin dry food for breakfast exactly as I had requested, and then providing healthy home-cooked meals like rice, chicken, and pumpkin for lunch and dinner. Communication was flawless. They created a dedicated WhatsApp group just for Hagrid where we received regular photos, videos, and updates, and we even had access to a live feed. Every time I checked, Hagrid looked so happy and relaxed — he didn’t even seem like he was missing us, which says a lot about how well he was cared for. To top it off, they even provided a pet taxi facility. After a long flight back, when we were tired, Hagrid was safely dropped off at our home, making the entire experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. And what really struck me — unlike so many businesses today — the Awwzo team never once asked me to write them a review. That honesty and humility speaks volumes about how true they are to themselves and the kind of genuine care they provide. I did a lot of research before deciding on a boarding place, and I can confidently say I made the right choice with Awwzo. Rahul, Rushel, and the entire team truly treated Hagrid like their own. Since my wife and I travel often, it feels wonderful to know we now have a second home for Hagrid — one where he is safe, loved, and happy. As pet parents, all you want is fine care, love & trusted services for your fur baby, and Awwzo happens to be the perfect fit for it. We kept Appy (4 year Lab) for overnight boarding (multiple times) and this has made our travel plans much easy too. They take great care of her and it was so nice to see her go back there with a waggy tail. Would recommend Awwzo to anyone who is looking at a 5 star experience for their paw babies.

Awwzo came as a blessing in disguise! Our 6 year old retriever Heidi, had a blast during her 20 day long stay. To give a bit of background, our dog was only used to one other boarding house previously which unfortunately closed down and we were super anxious to leave her in a new place. Heidi has major separation anxiety but thanks to professionally trained staff, she had no problem settling in and ultimately thrive in the environment. We got timely video updates daily of her meals, playtime even grooming sessions. They share live CCTV footage access daily which helped us keep a real time track of her activities, & as a very anxious pet parent this was super helpful. Thanks Rushel, Rahul & Jagdish Sir for taking care of Heidi! We will definitely think of Awwzo the next time we are leaving town!! Kudos

Awwzo feels like a second home for our golden boy. Rahul, the owner, patiently cleared all our queries even before Jerry’s first boarding. During his stay, the Awwzo team shared regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. Rahul also made sure Jerry was doing well not just during boarding, but even after that, by checking in regularly. Jerry is now a regular at Awwzo and has started getting along really well with other dogs. We’re so happy to have found such a caring and trustworthy place for him.
