Huge Thank You to Dr. Shashwat & Team at BTM Vet Clinic ❤️ Sometime in the first week of April, a tiny stray kitten in our apartment complex accidentally got electrocuted on a transformer. It was a terrifying moment, she was in shock and drooling excessively. We rushed her to Dr. Shashwat at BTM Vet Clinic, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better vet. He immediately understood the seriousness of the situation and started treatment right away. She was admitted for round-the-clock care, and the whole team at the clinic, especially Amit Bhai, went above and beyond. He even stayed overnight to make sure she had food, water, clean pee pads etc Over the next week, Dr. Shashwat gave her 2 doses of IV meds daily, and she slowly started to come around. A few days in, they discovered through an X-ray that she had some fluid in her lungs. Dr. Shashwat didn’t waste a minute, he started her on the right meds and by the next day, she was already improving. She started eating again, using the pee pads, and slowly becoming herself. What really stood out is how affordable and kind this clinic is. Dr. Shashwat’s fees are super reasonable (probably the most generous we've seen in Bangalore), and he even gives a discount for rescue cases. It’s so clear that he genuinely loves animals and wants to help however he can. He’s truly a lifesaver. And here’s the best part: after exactly a week, we found out that the kitten actually had a family! They had been looking for her and shared a missing cat post. Turns out, she had escaped from a nearby apartment and had wandered off before the accident. Once she was fully recovered, she went back home safe, sound, and reunited with her sister. 🥹💛 We can’t thank Dr. Shashwat, Amit Bhai, and the whole BTM Vet Clinic team enough. You guys gave this little one a second chance, and we are forever grateful. 💕

I had a really good experience at BTM Vet Clinic. Dr. Shashwath is not only knowledgeable but also very caring and patient. He takes time to explain the treatment clearly and makes sure both pets and owners feel comfortable. The staff are friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about animals. The clinic is well-maintained, and the services are reasonably priced compared to many other places. I also appreciate how attentive the doctor is during follow-ups and how he goes the extra mile when there’s an emergency. Overall, it’s a trustworthy clinic where pets are treated with love and professionalism. I would definitely recommend BTM Vet Clinic to other pet parents.

Would like to thank Dr Shashwath, who took care of my cat Felix so well, when he had to be neutered. The entire process went so smoothly. Was very worried about Felix as this was his first major surgery but doctor took care of him really well and kept checking on him every 2 minutes post operation. My cat has anxiety and is not very easy to deal with. We were worried about putting him through anaesthesia as we were worried it would affect his heart rate. But doctor took all of that into consideration, and took care of him well. He was available on WhatsApp as well, and was reachable anytime I was stressed regarding felixs state post the operation. Thank you doctor, I am very grateful.

I got my stray female cat sterilised with dr shaswath, she also had to stay there for ten days post surgery as she was too aggressive to be tended at home. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. The ot and clinic is clean and does not stink like other so called very famous clinics. The doc was very patient in handling a very terrified cat . He folllowed all protocols and did not skip any procedures, post and pre surgery. We were there when it happened and the incision was small, ( just an inch) and it healed well. Inspite of pressure from us to release her quickly.,he insisted on the required number of days of rest for her and released her after ten days, by when the wound was fully healed and she was ready to be released out . I would recommend dr shaswath for his professionalism and patience.
