PawSpace: One-Stop Nightmare A Harrowing and Unacceptable Experience. My Dog Came Home with Cuts and Bruises. Booking a service with PawSpace was a decision made out of trust, a trust that was shattered in the most painful way. What should have been a relaxing vacation for me and a safe stay for my beloved dogs turned into a week of anxiety and a shocking, heartbreaking homecoming. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this brand or any of its services. The communication, which is a cornerstone of any pet-sitting service, was virtually nonexistent. The sitter was consistently difficult to reach, with responses taking hours, leaving me worried and without updates. The promised regular pictures and updates never came unless I repeatedly asked for them, making me question the level of care my dogs were receiving. The absolute final straw was on pickup day when the sitter's phone was switched off, causing immense stress and uncertainty. But the most unforgivable offense was the so-called "grooming service" I paid for. It was not completed during the week, but was instead rushed on the very day I was meant to pick up my babies, and I was unable to get a status update due to the lack of communication. The result was a complete disaster. The job was hurried and sloppy, and my dog came home with painful cuts and bruises all over their body. This is not just poor service; it is a profound betrayal of trust. Our pets can't speak for themselves, and it is our duty as pet parents to speak on their behalf. To see my little one with injuries is a pain no pet owner should ever have to endure. PawSpace failed on every fundamental level—from basic communication to the safety and well-being of my pets. The significant amount of money I paid for this service bought me only stress and heartache. Please, for the sake of your pets, look elsewhere.
I came across PawSpace through a friend who had used the grooming services for her pet. I booked the session in the morning for both my dogs and a call from the team a while later to reconfirm the booking . John was the groomer assigned and he came at 12 pm. He was very gentle with the dogs and did a great job ( starting from de tangling, grooming, bathing and drying them up ) . The dogs didn’t make any noise and were very comfortable through the process. He even cleaned up post the service. Great service for a great price . I will definately be using the grooming services in the future and highly recommend it

I had a very disappointing experience with Pawspace door-step grooming service. To begin with, the team arrived almost 2 hours late, which itself was unprofessional. More concerning was the quality of service. They claim their staff is “trained,” but unfortunately, they did not know how to trim nails properly. During the grooming session, my pet experienced continuous bleeding, which was extremely distressing and unacceptable. On humanitarian grounds, I still went ahead and completed the payment without creating any scene. I later shared detailed feedback along with photos with their customer care team, genuinely expecting the issue to be taken seriously and resolved. However, all I received was a routine formality call, with no real action or accountability. There are many professional and responsible pet grooming services available in the market today. I will be choosing them going forward, but I will never opt for Pawspace again. This experience was painful and completely avoidable.
Yesterday was extremely traumatising for me as a pet parent. I have three dogs—they are not just pets, they are my babies. Usually, I take them to Heads Up For Tails for grooming, because I trust them completely. But since we were travelling on Monday, I didn’t have time to visit them. So I approached Pawspace, as they provide home grooming services and quoted a good price for two of my dogs. What followed was heartbreaking. The groomer who came did my dog’s grooming in a pathetic condition. I was completely shocked and traumatized seeing my baby like that. An ugly argument happened between me and the groomer because I couldn’t accept what he had done. He claimed to have 10 years of experience, but later I noticed he didn’t even have basic proper equipment—no professional scissors, nothing. I was stunned. How can someone with “10 years of experience” do such a horrible job? Groomer Name :- JOHN ( that what he addressed himself ) Pawspace, this is a sincere request: Please don’t put your customers through such heartless situations. We trust your brand with our babies. Even though you compensated ₹1000, will that bring back my dog’s beauty or the trauma I went through? I spent nearly ₹3000 again just to bring my dog back to a normal, presentable condition. This is not about money. This is about the emotional damage and trust you broke. I genuinely wonder how Pawspace selects groomers without proper examination or standards. Because of this experience, I will never again trust any home-service grooming brand. And once again, thank you to Heads Up For Tails for stepping in and helping me when I needed it the most. You reminded me why trust matters. I will share before after pictures for the pet parents, so you can think twice before trusting this people
