She is incredibly friendly, warm and hospitable, and really takes the time to understand and diagnose the problem instead of rushing through the consultation. Our nayi, Bagheera had been misdiagnosed multiple times elsewhere, and we were quite worried and exhausted. Thankfully, a friend suggested we visit Dr. Rahil — and that made all the difference. She carefully examined Bagheera, explained everything clearly, and started the right line of treatment. We’re now so relieved and happy to see Bagheera recovering well. I want to share our experience with LeelaVet Multispeciality Hospital, during one of the scariest moments for our family. My dog Rani was diagnosed with a severe uterine infection (pyometra) and needed emergency surgery to save her life. She was in a critical condition, and we were extremely worried. From the moment we arrived, the entire team treated Rani with so much care, patience, and kindness, which gave us a lot of reassurance. Dr. Rahil and Dr. Nazma handled her case with incredible professionalism and calmness. They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The supporting staff, especially Shiva, was equally caring and attentive, making sure Rani was comfortable before and after the surgery. Thankfully, the surgery was successful, and Rani is now doing much, much better. Seeing her recover so well means everything to us. I got my guinea pig’s surgery done here and I’m really happy with the experience. Finding a vet who truly understands and performs surgery on exotic pets is very difficult, and I had been struggling for quite some time.
