I took my dog, Max, for swimming and grooming at FairyTails, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff is warm, caring, and truly passionate about dogs. The swimming session was safe, fun, and Max enjoyed every moment of it. The grooming was done with great attention to detail, and he came back looking full cutie pie. I really appreciate that my dog was absolutely comfortable and happy throughout the session and it shows about how well they treat our pets. The facilities are clean, professional, and designed with dogs in mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and safe place for a Paws day out! 🐾
I visited this pet resort with a swimming pool for the first time today 🏊and it was an absolutely amazing experience! ✨💫The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly, ❤️making both me and my pets feel right at home. It's a wonderful place to meet other furry friends as well. Both of my pets had the time of their lives, enjoying every moment to the fullest. This resort is definitely going to be a monthly spot for my babies. Highly recommended!🧿
My friend recommended Fairytales for my pet Bella’s grooming, and it was a great experience. The staff are well trained and handled Bella very gently and patiently. The overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Fairytales for grooming and boarding.
Worst experience with this daycare. We left our pet dog here for three days based on their 5-star ratings, trusting that he would be well cared for. However, when we went to pick him up, we found him tied up and injured. The caretaker said that another dog was playing with him and caused the injury. When we spoke to the owners, they only apologized. It has been two days since we brought him home, and he is still extremely traumatised. He is not at all active like before. His neck is swollen, and it is heartbreaking to see him in pain. Initially, we didn’t plan to leave a review, but after seeing our dog’s condition, we feel it is important to share this experience so other pet parents can be cautious before leaving their pets here. We have completely lost trust in this place and will never leave our dog here again.
