They were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me pick out the perfect item, even going out of their way to check the back storage for more options. I’ll definitely be returning!"

This dog is incredibly gentle, intelligent, and affectionate. Great temperament, very social with both humans and other pets. Responds well to training and enjoys outdoor activities. A truly loyal and loving companion—highly recommended for families

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the HUFT JP Nagar grooming centre. We had a pre-booked appointment on 24th Dec, 2025 at 1:30 PM for full grooming (haircut + hygiene cleaning) and bath for our poodle, Coco. Despite reaching on time, we were made to wait 20 minutes because the previous appointment had not finished. After finally taking our pet in, the groomers claimed (rudely, I might add) that Coco had “too many knots” and that they would need to use a ½-inch or shorter trimmer. This was completely baseless. Coco does not have knots—he is a poodle with a curly coat, which may need brushing, not shaving. We even demonstrated how easily the tangles could be combed out. They initially agreed to proceed, and we left the premises. Just 5 minutes later, we were called back and told they could not honour the appointment because it would “take too much time” and they had other pets to attend to. On returning, we were informed that they had only three groomers, were busy due to the Christmas rush, and chose to prioritise other appointments over ours, implying our pet was “not worth the effort.” This raises a serious question: what is the point of booking an appointment in advance if HUFT does not intend to honour it? Charging ₹3000 for full grooming and then attempting to use a trimmer as a shortcut due to lack of effort or time is borderline scam behaviour, especially for a breed like poodles, whose coat type is universally known. If HUFT is unwilling to properly groom poodles, this should be clearly stated upfront on the app or at the store. This visit wasted our time, effort, fuel and trust. Highly NOT recommended. I will personally ensure this experience is shared with other pet parents in our community, and all social media platforms

HUFT is another name for pet’s second home. They treat our pet like their own and groom them with utmost care. During blow drying my dog was not comfortable, the staff continuously kept on hugging him, kissing him, giving him ample amount of time to settle and calm down and then they start the process again. They are experts in their profession and are super friendly with everyone. I would recommend HUFT to everyone for the grooming service as well as their products. They bost are just best in class.

Always a great experience to shop here, even my pet enjoys spending time here, they have a wide variety of products for pets ranging from food items, treats, clothes, bedding, supplements, toys, etc it is a one stop shop for everything your pet needs. Staff is very warm and friendly not just with you but with your pet too, had a great shopping experience here everytime we have visited, definitely recommend it!
