I am sharing this review to warn other pet parents. My friend’s cat was treated at this clinic for a critical illness (feline panleukopenia/parvo). He was given saline and multiple injections three times a day, however the doctors did not consistently check his body weight before dosing and did not monitor his body temperature before each round of treatment. For critically ill pets, fluids and medications must be calculated according to accurate body weight and continuously adjusted based on temperature, hydration status, and overall condition, all of which can change rapidly. Repeating fluids and injections without proper monitoring poses serious risks in life-threatening cases. The cat passed away on the 5th day. This situation raises serious concerns about the careless manner in which animals are treated at this clinic. Please advocate firmly for your pet’s safety. Based on our experience, this clinic may be suitable for simple or routine cases, but extreme caution is advised for complex or critical illnesses. I also noticed that honest negative reviews appear to be removed, so I hope this review remains visible to help others make informed decisions.
