He is one of the most egoistic doctor I have seen. He is not someone who cares for stray animals. I took one stray animal to him who was old and l asked to do necessary tests as per my experience as a rescuer before starting any treatment. We got the reports which were normal. He said some diagnosis predictions and said doxycycline antibiotic on which most doctor rely. But he also said that dog can have internal tumour and I asked him if we can change antibiotic to maropenem or ceftriaxone which was my right as a pet rescuer and as his client. He took it on his ego and started shouting on me and showed his finger. I just feel he is someone with just degrees and no experience. He takes advantage that there are very less clinics nearby. Doctor should never misbehave and work for the best of there patients not clients. He is money minded and he should know that people are coming to him just because there are less options and say that he considers himself as god but doctor prasanna you are no god.

Dr. Prasanna has been a remarkable support for us during a very difficult phase with our kitten’s FIP treatment. He is proactive, gentle, and incredibly patient in answering every question—even the ones asked out of worry in the middle of the night. He explains everything clearly, never rushes, and genuinely cares about the animal’s wellbeing. Our kitten is currently going through the medication phase of her treatment, and throughout this period he has monitored her closely and guided us step by step. His reassurance and medical clarity have helped us stay strong through a very overwhelming time. We truly hope she recovers fully, and we are deeply grateful for Dr. Prasanna’s dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares.
