Manager had helped me for the required items , good service

Visited the store for some emergency needs. Shop was open but no one was present. Gate was locked. No one responded on calling their contact number also.

We've always had a pleasant experience shopping online on The Pet Project. Neeladri Road is the designated store for all online purchases we've made to our home location. So we decided to visit the store as we were passing by and we made some purchases. Although we had an issue with the discounts offered, the store promptly contacted us and resolved the issue on priority. Definitely visiting the store again as they have a variety of options and it was worth the visit.
